  1. The Dark Knight Trailer using Batman 1989 footage This is so awesome.
  2. I was shocked to see WWE actually acknowledge TNA by its initials and then I burst into laughter after reading that WWE was giving away the results of TNA's shows!
  3. Reading the news today, another factor in Lashley leaving is he didn't like the traveling demands from WWE. Also in a recent interview, Kurt Angle is talking to Lashley to get him to join TNA. Both of these news items are not surprising to hear.
  4. Ah, no wonder. I missed it. Cool, thanks.
  5. Wal-Mart is selling the 3 DVD disc set for $10 now. I'm assuming it has to do with the sequel coming out this year. The extra scenes aren't overly crucial to the story, but the extended version does add a bit to the characters, particularly Liz. The new extras they included are also nice to watch.
  6. I saw Wal-Mart selling it for $89.00 Still expensive, but $20 cheaper than the above.
  7. I wish Will Ferrell would stop making sports comemdies. To be fair though, I did see Blades of Glory as a rental and I thought it was funny.
  8. Flair beat Race for the title at Starrcade 1983 with the flying body press
  9. The Jericho / JBL match was fine for what it was. I wasn't getting myself overhyped for it, I just enjoyed it because it was a fresh feud and had a good story to it. Shame the whole feud got dropped.
  10. Very true. Edit: My bad.
  11. Heyman's short lived run as SD GM was fun.
  12. To answer my own question from earlier, I think Tyson got paid $10 M for his WM stint.
  13. Since the brand split, SD has won 4 Royal Rumbles, while RAW has won 2. SD won the RAW Vs. SD match at SSeries 2005. SD still has the most wins at Wrestlemania, but its close now since RAW rebounded with the past two WMs with the victories in the MITB matches. Yeah, I always thought that was weird. I figure letting SD win was Vince's way of making it up to them for the constant verbal / promotional abuse over the years along with letting RAW stealing SD's talent.
  14. Has it come to anybody's mind that this is probably just Cena's / WWE's way of goading The Rock into working a comeback match to put either Cena / Orton / somebody else over since The Rock didn't do the job in his last match? That's how I've always looked at it too. I wish the Rock would've worded it better by saying "I can't thank the WWE enough for what they've done for me, but I have no intentions on ever coming back." instead of kissing up to fans by saying crap like "I miss you guys and I wish I could still be there blah blah blah"
  15. Which MMA fight was it where the guy tapped out to his opponent, who was unconscious (with the guy not knowing that)?
  16. HHH never got his job back from Cena.
  17. Its a little hard to get people to take Mayweather as a face if he's going to stick to his heelish acts. Shane McMahon or somebody should have a pep talk with him before things get ugly booking wise and we get the weird double turn during the feud. By the way, anybody know how much Tyson got paid for his WM involvement?
  18. I doubt he'd do it. I jumped the gun and said that he'd show up after NWO, and challenge Cena, I doubt he does anything after the induction ceremony. He could always talk smack to Orton or do an in-ring segment with Santino and whoop his ass.
  19. Why no Tyler Mane?!!
  20. LOL, I heard the same thing happened to Seth from "Kept" when he won the game to become Jerry Hall's man servant. Yeah, but she was HOT! And not as psycho as that butterface Lacey Wasn't it Brandi? She was cute. That's why I had it in quotation marks. show. Famous for being on Myspace. Famous for "having the most friends on MySpace" before MySpace hit it big or so the legend goes.

  22. Glad to see Tilda Swinton win. I've been a fan of hers since "Orlando". She's an amazing actress that finally got what she deserved. I was also pleased this year's Oscars were evenly distributed to all the great films this year rather than the typical one movie wins six to twelve Oscars bullshit. That was the point. With an ending like that, it got people talking and it was a big reason why NCFOM got so much buzz.
  23. Yeah, I heard he started going back to no-showing rountine.
