Yes- The match was on January 8th, 2001 and is on the Action DVD. I prefer the Summerslam match though -
The Better Steve Austin vs. Kurt Angle match?
bob_barron replied to BifEverchad's topic in General Wrestling
The Unforgiven match is just a flat match overall- the worst of their series. The Summerslam match is just a wild ride of emotions and is the best match of their series -
I like Ryerson's food. They serve hamburgers, pizza and steak so it's all good.

Best movie I've seen in a LONG time. I went to the midnight showing and it was just awesome. I'm going to see it tomorrow and probably one more time on Monday or Tuesday

Wow- Ray and I actually AGREE on something
-
I agree- I guess the audience didn't figure out: Hey... this impression blows! I thought the stuff that came out of Arnold's mouth was a lot funnier then the way Arnold said it so that's why I gave it a higher rating then it probably deserved. Yea- only a few monologues (Mike Myers, Martin Short, Kevin Spacey) can pull off singing to perfection. Kyle's cameo was really really funny and Will was funnier backstage then he was onstage. Good to see you sipping on the Maya Haterade YNA. Yea- Jack could probably make the Alan Cumming show decent. Maya was the only real downside to this skit to me as her dancing just went on for way too long. Finesse added nothing even though I'm glad they gave him airtime. Agreed 100%. The drink and moustache stuff surprised me since they usuallyp ull that stuff in dress rehearsal and it almost always gets cut. I think they do it just to amuse themselves but Lorne apparently found drink + moustache + Jimmy Fallon's evil laughter= hilarity. I did not agree. Good review YNA- I pretty much agreed with a lot of what you had to say

I saw it last night as well- Best movie of the year, one of the best I've ever seen. SEE IT NOW

Thanks JHawk. I'm honoured
-
Yea but you're a Rangers fan. Your loyalties are all out of whack

Jeff Loria- the person who owns the team. Are they owned by Jeff Loria? Then they're a disgrace. I just did it with two words: Jeff Loria. I'm not from Canada yet I still find what Loria did to be downright "disgraceful" and I refuse to support any team that he endorses

I gave myself a concussion and threw out my back in the same month

It demands criticism when you're overturning cars and causing damage to the city after only winning 3 games in the postseason. Toronto is passionate about their hockey and when they beat Philly in 2 OTs to force a Game 7- everyone was running around being happy- no one was overturning cars like a moron. Remember- it's just the first round

I hate mole for implying that the Marlins should win anything. The Marlins are a disgrace to baseball

Info On Hogan/TNA From The Torch Newsletter
bob_barron replied to BoboBrazil's topic in TNA Wrestling
Hogan did help draw good buyrates for No Way Out and X-8 but the novelty just wore off. It's not the writing team's fault when you have a history of not drawing. -
Yea- TONS of people read my stuff at 411 and my SNL Reviews and I don't get much feedback either. I don't see why people take it so seriously.
-
I apologise- I meant 2001. Or 1997. One of those two.
-
There's overreacting and there's turning over cars and causing damage. I kicked a chair when Sheffield GIDP in Game 5- that's overreacting. I didn't go and turn over a car when the Braves swept the Astros in 1999. Yet you are defending Boston a bit despite not caring what I think. That's fine. I still think it's retarded to riot and overturn cars just because you were able to make it past the first round. I hate Braves fans for their apathy towards the team and I would Boston fans if they rioted after every little victory. You're implying that the 93-94 season was some sort of comedy peak for SNL. 93-94 was pretty much the official end of the glory days of SNL that they had built up from 1986. So saying SNL is 10 years past his prime just shows you pure ignorance. And the letters I get are all completely 100% rule. Whatever you say
-
Yep- they are. You never hear of them doing anything bad when one of their teams win. Drunken college kids doing it makes it okay? It still makes the city of Boston and BoSox fans look bad
-
I fail to see how this justifies a riot after winning in the FIRST round. OMG!!! YOU WON 3 GAMES- BURN THE CITY DOWN!!! You shouldn't riot after winning anything but it's downright retarded to riot after winning in the first round. You never see New York rioting after they win anything
-
You celebrated cause you made it out of the FIRST ROUND? Lame
-
Yankees- yes. Braves- no. AOL TW wants the Braves to cut payroll.
-
You keep making excuses about the attendance when I already told you my thoughts on that. Marlins fans are bandwagon jumpers. Accept it and move on.
-
I wasn't even mocking for your teams lack of attendance. At least the Braves fans owner (well owners) aren't a complete disgrace to baseball. For no reason you brought up some meaningless game where the Fish beat the Red Sox as a way to mock cartman or something. Considering with the exception of one season- your team has done jack squat you really don't have any room to talk. I hate Braves fans with a passion so mock them all you want- I don't care. At least they aren't bandwagon jumpers like in Florida
-
Did you see the Florida games from 1998-2000 where they had 0 fans and almost as many wins? Those were good years.
