The Braves 93 season was memorable- until they met the Phillies
-
And that very same night- Mick Foley said he had a special surprise. Fucking 1wrestling

Spoiler (Highlight to Read): It sounds like WarGames only continues the Gathering v. Church feud
-
There were three riots: The first occoured at 1st Anniversary Show after Corino v. Homicide. The second occured at Expect the Unexpected after Homicide v. Joe v. Whitmer v. Money The third occured at Night of Champions before a six man with Anderson/Joe/Victory v. Homicide/DHS
-
It was a total work from day one. The people who started the riot were from Homicide's group including his now cornerman J-Train. They would disrupt the Group at the next two shows before Homicide's crew and the Group faced off in a non sanctioned brawl at Epic Encounter. Corino was in Japan this whole time. He was supposed to show up Night of Grudges (since his team was finally facing off against the Prohpecy for the first time) but ended up getting arrested. Later on Homicide challenged Corino to a fight at rohwrestling.com and the worked shoot began. Corino's reason for not wanting to show up in ROH again was b/c of the riots

Let me preface this by saying that despite some minor quibbles- I enjoyed TNA last night. It was fun seeing Dusty back in the ring, Raven v. Styles rocked and they really have something with Abyss and 3 Live Crew. I could say- All you TNA defenders watch (insert good RAW/SD! here) and then TNA from (insert bad week here) and then shut up. You need to look at the overall product as a whole. TNA has been having some good weeks lately- but I think to say whether one fed or the other- you have to look at the big overall picture. While Summerslam was not my cup of tea, WWE puts on consistently good Smackdowns! with good-great matches. TNA also puts on some good shows but a lot of their shows seem like a glorified Smackdown! That's part of the flaw of booking a TV show every week. No- they don't. They DO have bad weeks- and that's part of the flaw of their business model. In what sense is TNA #1 though? Is it in terms of quality, drawing power, profit, production values? TNA seems to be having a nice momentum lately and I will miss some aspects of the product. I especally want to see the blowoff to Gathering v. New Church
-
So is that your way of admitting you were wrong Johnson?
-
Eddy's also faced Triple H and Chris Jericho.

A bus from Toronto to New York is $144. ::cries::
-
I don't think he's eligible. He's not 35 and hasn't been in the business for 15 years
-
Well pm that stuff on over. Please.
-
Was that his second time? That was the year he WAY overdid it on the J-Lo ass jokes. We get it- J-Lo has a nice ass
-
Have Eric Watts bar them from ringside. You can even have New Church attack Raven before the match. Raven struggling to his feet knowing his destiny did not come true- and then having the New Church run out and kill him- I'd mark out
-
I'd love to see it so feel free to pm it to me or something. He does BOOTSCRAPE right?
-
Raven could've been defeated cleanly by AJ in a long hard fought match and then as he struggles to his feet- the New Church run in and beat the shit out of him. AJ wins cleanly, Raven looks strong and the New Church are still huge heels I thought the match was excellent but I'm getting tired of people running in every title match
-
I always watch the VMAs because they somehow manage to suck every single year. I take great pleasure in seeing how bad they are every year
-
No one is going to draw as champion though. Not HHH, not Goldberg, not HBK. I think Goldberg would be the best option (except for the no house show thing). I think a match v. Kane at Survivor Series would do an okay buyrate
-
Goldberg is not a draw and hasn't been one for 5 years. Triple H is not a draw either. After watching Summerslam- Goldberg is the lesser of two evils. Jericho is an excellent promo man- He can cut a serious promo, a comedic promo- He can do it all on the mic. If they built him up a bit more- he would work as champ
-
As if you could do any better. Wow- I thought people were done making that asinine argument that holds no water. So in your view a movie critic should never be able to review a movie. Okay then.
-
Samoa Joe said that he considers Do or Die v. Homicide to be his best match. Having never seen Glory by Honor I'd have to agree
-
Some Joe matches to check out- 10.5 v. Low Ki (never seen it but got a lot of acclaim) 1.11 or 2.8 v. Dragon (some good strong style) 5.31 v. Homicide 6.28 v. Maff 7.19 v. London
-
Where'd you get these Bobo? 16 minutes sounds a wee bit short for a WarGames but it should be fun
-
Oh come on- I was accused of being a gimmick poster because of my HBK hatred.
