WarGames should be a lot of fun- Hopefully everyone will gig it up
-
Styles beating Raven clean would not have killed Raven's heat.
-
D-Lo is the other guy. I believe Dames found someone else to hook him up
-
I'm going to be doing a photography at a Spitalfied concert in Philly, but with this line-up, I'm ordering and taping it. I'm going back to school next week and I don't think I'll have access to TNA
-
Dusty is the guy holding the keys (so no one interferes)

And Stone Cold Jeff Jarrett makes the big save at the end... to a chorus of boos
-
TNA- We listen to our fans* *Despite having 3 people running in and a totally unclean finish in a match that did not need one.

GOD DAMNIT! Can't you book a clean title match once in a while??

Eddy was sent into rehab on June 4th, 2001 after showing up to RAW fucked up and causing a disturbance in the locker room. He came back and worked two house shows in November against Funaki but then was arrested for DWI and was released from the company

Damnit! Daniels didn't take my advice to no-sell Jeff Jarrett

Do I need to get a lawyer or something?

No it wouldn't have. Norm's quick wit, chemistry with Chappelle and ability to get his ass kicked sold the movie for me.

Isiah Thomas Out As Pacers Coach 27 minutes ago Add Sports - AP to My Yahoo! By DAN GELSTON, AP Sports Writer INDIANAPOLIS - Isiah Thomas (news - web sites) was fired Wednesday as coach of the Indiana Pacers (news), a surprise move by new boss Larry Bird that came only two months before the start of the season. Thomas, an NBA Hall of Famer, led a young Pacers team into the playoffs in all three of his seasons, but they were knocked out in the first round each year. "After looking at film, seeing how things were and evaluating the basketball operations, I detected the team's chemistry wasn't what it should be," Bird said. "Donnie and I decided that a change was necessary and a fresh start was important." Donnie Walsh, the team's CEO, and Bird, the president of basketball operations, did not immediately pick a successor or set a timetable for choosing a new coach. "We have decided to go in a different direction," Walsh said in a statement. "When I hired Isiah, I thought he was the right man for the job and at the time and he was." The team said it would honor the final year of Thomas' contract. An official announcement was expected at a news conference later in the day. Thomas was with the U.S. men's basketball team at the Olympic qualifying tournament in Puerto Rico earlier this week. He checked out of his hotel Tuesday and could not immediately be reached for comment. The Pacers were 131-115 in the regular season under Thomas. Bird and Thomas were contentious rivals from their days of leading the Boston Celtics (news) and Detroit Pistons (news) to NBA titles in the 1980s. When he was hired July 11, Bird walked off the podium at a news conference and shook hands with Thomas — but neither smiled. Bird led the Pacers to the 2000 NBA Finals (news - web sites) and the best three-year record in their NBA history during his time as coach. Thomas succeeded him as coach. Indiana had the best record in the Eastern Conference at the All-Star break this past season, making Thomas the All-Star coach, but went 14-19 the rest of the season and lost in the first round of the playoffs to Boston. Walsh at the time gave no indication Thomas wouldn't return, although he said the second-half swoon was troubling. Pacers players had continued to voice support for Thomas. Jermaine O'Neal (news), then a free agent, said before he re-signed with the team last month that he would not play for anybody but Thomas with the Pacers. The biggest criticism of Thomas was his inconsistent rotations. While most players preferred a set role, Thomas made his decisions on his own feelings for a particular game and team matchups.

You could say SD! traded Mark Henry and Rodney Mack for Bradshaw and Johnny the Bull. Who won THAT one?

ANOTHER cage match? I have a feeling it will be the blowoff to Gathering v. New Church or AMW v. Diamond and Swinger

--The actual times of the X Cup matches from last week (airing 9/3) and notes from someone who wished to remain nameless: Kazarian vs. Shane - Crowd not into it. Kazarian with a roll-up after a rana. Nothing special and crowd could care less (3:24); Sabin vs. Lynn - A little better reaction. Callis threatens to fire Lynn. Sabin kicked Lynn in the BUTT, but it looked like it was supposed to be a low blow for hte pin. Better than the first, said to be "Velocity level" match (3:30); Ted Hart vs. Jonny Storm - Hart tried to get the crowd going. Storm did a somersault plancha resulting in a "Holy s**t" chant. Good execution. Beautiful top rope Asai moonsault by Hart. Hart trying to get the crowd up. Hart on top and slips bad doing shooting star (almost surely will be edited out). "You f***ed up" chants. Storm was a total pro, reacting smoothly and hitting a Michinoku driver and went to the top rope. As he came off, Hart dropkicked him and hit the shooting star (3:42); Juventud Guerrera vs. Nosawa - Guerrera got the best reaction of anyone. Guerrero did a plancha outside early. He did a people's elbow to no reaction. Perfect 450 splash finish (4:31).

Exactly...as a fellow New Englander, it pisses me off when people critize Boston sports fans when they aren't even one. They never had box seats at the Garden or the Fleet for the Celts & Bruins. They never were at Fenway. They just assume, but that's the case with many things these days. Oh...and you are crying foul on Boston Celtics fans for the whole wifebeater thing? Wait til Kobe returns....it won't just be Boston. It's society....not just Beantown. I didn't hear any other group people hassle Jason Kidd's wife and kid at a basketball game. They can chant anything they want at Jason but hassling his wife and kid is uncalled for
