  1. I seriously buy some of the shows so Dames can do his diatribes. I don't know what shows I would or wouldn't buy. So I can't complain about a programme I watch because of my motives for buying it? I spend two hours of my life watching TNA- I expect a quality product
  2. Shane faced Vince on RAW in 1999. He also won the Euro title in a tag match. And faced Taker sometime in 2000
  3. I pay $10 so Dames can do his Diatribes
  4. No,$25 dollars, unless your comparig it to WM.........Plus, I would rather see Russo in a 100 min. show with no commercials then Vinnie Mac for 15-20 mintues in a two hour show WITH commercials..... But Vinnie Mac is free. Vince Russo costs $10
  5. If you're truly a fan of your favourite- You'll be happy when they reach the highest pinnacle of success. And that is WWE. Yet you'd rather he be in Ring of Honor wrestling for low pay and not a lot of fans. I don't know her that well either but she obviously would rather take the chance of being misused in WWE and working with better trained people then working indies. Oh- Ring of Honor is using her SO well. So having her job to Trish is worse then her fighting a glorified backyard wrestler in Becky Bayless? Getting to work with people like Molly is worse then her getting her ass kicked in TNA? So Ring of Honor used her talents to better use- Does that mean feuding with the Christopher Street Connection? Jobbing to Simply Luscious in 10 seconds? Being a cornerman whose only purpose was to get into catfights? Jobbing to Persephonie? I think being upset when someone gets the greatest opportunity of their life is a bit unreasonable
  6. I thought Elim Chamber 2 was much worse then Elim Chamber 1. It was too rushed, had one cool spot and didn't have a great final sequence like Elim Chamber 1 did
  7. Where he always posts his stuff- 411mania
  8. You rated both Elimination Chamber matches the same- I found that odd EDIT: You rated Elim Chamber 1 **. My mistake
  9. I'm not feeling the **** for the 4-way. The match had no flow and just wasn't very exciting. Those 4 have had much better matches this year
  10. I don't think DJ Jeff was an act. But if it was- I give him credit for being intelligent in that sense
  11. And the guy gave examples and tried to back up his opinion. But then you had to ruin it a nice argument with your name calling and claiming you were going to report his post. Or the time when you insulted SpiderPoet's reliigon in a thread that had absolutely nothing to do with the subject. I could see people why piss you off since you're an easily irritable person with very few likeable traits.
  12. Good to know that in Johnson's pathetic miserable life at this forum he can say that he always fool people into thinking he bought a webcast. Congratulations- I'm sure you'll go somewhere in life.
  13. Of course nothing else is going to approach that- it was one of the MOTYC for 1997. I didn't say it was a good match- I said it was decent. Which it was. Bulldog did his best to make Ken Shamrock look like a threat. He also was involved in some good tag matches with Furnas and LaFon and many of the Hart Foundaiton multi-tag matches. If a guy is involved in no less then three MOTYC in 1997 (and a highly rated HBK v. DBS match) I don't think he can considered a slug. A good worker- yes. Vader never really had the chance to shine in a big PPV match. It's not like Shawn has much competition. Shawn v UT was considerably better than UT's other matches --- including his matches w/ Bret (the O.N.O match is singularly over-rated). No he's not- Shawn didn't do any of his bump like a pinball moves in the match (except one) Him and Davey were able to work a style of match that didn't revolve around Shawn bumping like mad. Davey got us to see another side of Shawn
  14. Until the others drag matches out of slugs, then yes, Shawn is the best of the bunch for having done it. In his prime, he was every inch as good as Flair was in his prime. And probably as big a dick. -=Mike Bret Hart dragged better matches out of Diesel then Shawn Michaels ever did.
  15. The whole match itself is classic. From the brawling ALL the way into the crowd, to Austin just destroying Bret with a kick to the balls to Austin tapping an artery. Bret's daughter covering her eyes, Austin screaming while in the Sharpshooter, Austin refusing the ref's help and giving him the Stunner. Now THAT'S a classic
  16. Bret v. HBK. But it's not. It's not wrestling excellence. How can a match with so many flaws be considered wrestling excellence? How does Scott Keith loving a match make it significant? I think Austin v. Bret is my pick
  17. Yes but this Too Cool rumour has already been shot down by Dave Meltzer.
  18. --Although Brian Lawler hinted on the Memphis television about a Too Cool reunion in Memphis at the WWE house show on Friday night and has told others about it, there are no plans at this point of him wrestling on that show. What's the point of discussing it if it's not going to happen?
  19. Gangrel had a pinfall and Teddy Long counted three when X-Pac was supposed to win the match. So they just ignored it
  20. Trivia's news and notes aren't known for being completely accurate
  21. Uh, you mean Test at WrestleMania X-7, right? No he's talking about Eddy when he tried to exit the ring to help Test who was caught in the ropes. Eddy tripped and fell out of the ring. They edited it out of the home video/DVD release of X7. good thing I got the live copy where Test is hanging there like a goof for a full 2-3 minutes while Saturn, whom was there to harass him was trying to help him out of the ropes. Well of course they would try to get him out of the ropes- Eddy can't win the title if Test is stuck in the ropes
  22. What about Rey and Shannon completely blowing the West Coast Pop?
  23. According to Meltzer- there are no plans for that
  24. Austin beat BENOIT on May 28th, 2001 Nope, Austin beat Benoit on May 29, 2001, at the Smackdown tapings in Edmonton. That was the match where Benoit gave him 10 suplexes. How do I know? I was at both. No- Austin also faced Benoit on May 28th, 2001. He won via "submission"- Austin locked in the crossface and Vince rang the bell a la Montreal.
  25. Austin beat BENOIT on May 28th, 2001
