The "laughter" in Friends is the most fake thing I've ever heard. Hear hear Another thing I hate about shows like Friends or the like... the actors themselves aren't funny... they're just good looking actors who are given funny lines. Try to get them to say something funny off their head, and it's probably not gonna happen It's not like, say, Seinfeld, who actually, you know, IS a comedian

I love humor Everytime I've attempted to watch Friends, whether it was the first season when I tried a couple eps out of boredom, or when later g/fs tried to get me to watch it, I found it to be devoid of any humor (at least, of my preference), and it appears to have just been one long running "Who slept with who?" gag Your attempt to put this on me ("It's a great show, you just don't get it!") has failed Try again, sir
