...When did you see this? I rarely post in the Sports folder. I saw you post one time about trying to end shit between Sox and Yankee fans saying Yankee fans were wrong about chanting things like "1918" and always bringing up "The Curse" in arguments. I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen Yankee fans actually say things in defense of the Sox, hence it always bumps my respect for that individual quite a bit. I loved the 80's too (looking at your profile, I see you're a couple months younger than me), but in terms of sports, my decade wasn't much better. Sox would be obvious, the Reds had Rose's record hit, but then the other stuff with Rose wasn't that great... (I did see them win a WS, but that was by the 90's) and the Vikings were up and down. Wonder how long it takes for people to try and turn this friendly conversation back into a fiery thread again

I had to endure the 80's. Dames Sadly, we must accept that there are some Yankees fans in this world But if there weren't, who would we Sox fans have to talk to shit with and be bitter towards BTW, I've seen Dames' baseball views, and he represents the rare breed of intelligent Yankee fan, as opposed to the likes of rich yuppies who want to look cool and 16 y/o girls who think OMG JETER IS SO HAWT!
