You are absolutely right. McGuire looks the part, but he just doesn't have the charisma to pull off the role, and his Spidey quips are dry. Someone like Topher Grace would of been better, his Eric Forman character is pretty similar to Parker's.

Angle is quick, thick but ripped to threads, looks athletic and his offense looks credible. Michaels is slow, scrawny(he can't be more than 185) and his offense looks weak and choreographed. Angle looks and wrestles like he's 30, Michaels looks and wrestles his age, if not older.

Shawn Michaels is cookie-cutter and wrestles the exact same boring match with everybody these days. So yeah, he is this generation's Ric Flair in that aspect.

I remember he was really over around Mid-2000 and was ready to be moved up the card, along with Storm and Kanyon...

I remember X-Pac stayed with the WWF, because he was the only WWF star who was booed over the WCW guys. Albert was also WWF. Not sure about Credible, as he was a former ECW star, but so was Jerry Lynn and he stayed on the WWF side.

Plus, he LIVES in Florida and would get to work 4 days a month, without even travelling, for a 6 figure yearly salary... This would be too great for him to pass up.

Others worth mentioning... "Rock, this is your life" When he mocked The Undertaker's "Mickey Mouse" tattoos... Those dueling promos with Rock and Jericho on Raw(during one of the first TNN/Spike shows), where he said something about "Uncle Joe Jericho with the glass eye"...the crowd was completely torn and both came off looking equal, at least on the mic.

Talk about selective memory... Triple H beat Hogan clean in 6 minutes in their rematch on SmackDown. Where as Hogan's win was tainted and it took him over 20 minutes just to beat him. As for Michaels being outplayed, it couldn't of happened to a nicer guy. Besides, Vince has a reason to side with Hogan, on account that he's actually made money for Vince. A LOT. What has Michaels ever done for Vince? Non-Sexually speaking. The guy has always been a terrible draw. Granted Hogan isn't setting the ratings or buys on fire these days, but he has a MUCH better track record than Michaels.
