I've finally given up on the faint chance that I'd findsome sort of deal at my Sam Goody. 40% off DVDs but you have to buy four and it just barely brings it under Best Buy prices? Fuck that. The fun part is that the two Gap Stores straight across from the Sam Goody have already shut down along with some women's shoe store and a smoke shop that relocated. Now there's a giant row of boarded-up stores in a single wing and the Sam Goody shutting down makes the wing look even worse.

Robotrek for the SNES. First RPG I played that I liked. (FF: Mystical Quest being the first. Didn't like it and it's probably why I never got into the FF series until VII.) Customize robots and their attacks and beat the crap out of the bad guys. It's the first game I remember where range actually mattered combat-wise.

I hate my dreams because they're always of me doing normal everyday things or doing what I had been planning to do that day. Nothing overly bizarre that tells me, "Yeah, this is a dream."

Didn't have any other plans, so I had my teeth drilled today for two hours. It was fun for all involved. Ah. August, the month of no US holidays, so we had to make shit up. I love my birth month.

Somehow I misread that as "Tim White wrestles the gun in a **** classic." That gun can really carry somebody to a good match.

The mall at which I stop by for lunch after classes is shutting down the Sam Goody soon. Strangely enough, the Suncoast is still in operation from what I can tell. The discounts at Sam Goody are at 30% right now, but the prices are still high even with the so-called discount. I'll wait for them to hit the final 50% off stretch before making my next round. If I make a purchase then, it'll be the first time I will have bought something from a Sam Goody.

I saw the Jeff Jarrett figure at KB Toys. Almost picked it up, and solely for the figure-sized NWA belt packaged with it.
