  1. I don't seem to have issues, so let me post what I have on my lineup. The Big Ones * Boston 8/6/88 * WCW Mayhem Specials *Hulk Hogan Part 3 Territories-ECW *ECW 10/8/95 *WCCW 11/16/82 This month on 24x7 * Judgment Preview * Mayhem '99 Preview * Stone Cold Preview * WWE 24/7 April Shorties * Jim Cornette * JJ Dillon * Mr. Fuji * Paul E. Dangerously * Sable Legends * Capt. Lou Albano * Cpt. Lou vs Arnie * Cpt. Lou vs Sarge * Hulk Hogan Part 3 * Stone Cold Truth TV Classics * ECW 10/8/95 * MNW 12/30/96 * NWA 8/3/85 * TNT 10/18/85 * WCCW 11/16/82 Still have Territories and Specials, I'm guessing they'll be removed when the old programming passes its date.
  2. Athletes often have to write many autographs in a short period of time, so their writing tends to resemble pigeon-scratch. Sometimes you can see a noticeable decline in a signature from a player in his rookie year and when he's 35-40.
  3. Good stuff this month. * WCW Mayhem 1999 * Boston Garden: August 1988 * New Monday Night Wars, NWA, and Tuesday Night Titans * Road Warriors vs. Midnight Express (Scaffold Match) Yeah, that match is bad but Cornette's fall is a classic moment.
  4. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights dictates against arbitrary intrusions, not all. Privacy is not a right guaranteed in our own constitution. It's a concept but it's not recognized by our country. Until it is, that is the rule under that we abide.
  5. Since when do they have the right to privacy?
  6. Once a murderer, always a murderer? People can be rehabilitated, you know. In what percentage of cases? And do the benefits outweigh the costs? The larger point is again, when has this type of philosophy ever worked long term?
  7. At some point the Twins' announcers went deeper into game strategy, which I liked. I'm frustrated already by Gary Matthews adding comments out of baseball cliches 101, like it's the first time I've ever seen a baseball game before. Their play-by-play man is good, I enjoyed hearing him last postseason.
  8. I think the crowd was hurt by two face/face title matches, a Trump/McMahon match where neither are truly liked, and Money In the Bank was a clusterfuck. There weren't many instances where the crowd could unanimously get behind one wrestler/team against a hated heel.
  9. I think this could work out. Someone steals something from me. So I kill them. I'll be treated humanely. The justice system works!
  10. There is a feedback form. Perhaps if you're unhappy with repeats you can let them know. https://secure.wwe.com/forms/help/24-7.php
  11. I think he's the best defensive shortstop in baseball.
  12. Listened to a lot of baseball on the radio yesterday. Rating the announcers I heard. 1. Kansas City 2. Colorado 3. Minnesota 4. Philadelphia 5. Seattle Denny Matthews is outstanding. I don't think there is a better play-by-play man when it comes to detail, keeping the listener informed and in the game. The Mariners' radio announcer (Dave Niehaus?) was awful. He could not decide whether the Athletics' starter was Haren or Harden, switching between the two mid-broadcast.
  13. The Holocaust is an extreme example. The denial movement just shows you can stonewall any historical event and gain credence just from being boisterous enough. You can't choose to ignore/disbelieve something and blame it on your "religious beliefs." It's silly really. That it was the jews persecuted is not the important aspect of the story. The point is that it could be any group. That said, reading the full article I can see where problems arise regarding episodes like the Crusades, where there is less historical evidence and differing viewpoints.
  14. I wonder if the Sheepherders sadistic heel persona would of worked in the WWE? I doubt it. The Bushwackers were a gimmick they could live off of for another decade on the independent circuit. What I would ask is why they never did a good brawl in their run at all.
  15. Some of that was pretty funny.
  16. Well if it was a fuckup, we've got Hardys vs. London/Kendrick to look forward to.
  17. JR really sounds bad.
  18. Ok, I missed that angle. Carry on.
  19. Why's that? It makes sense that an idiot wrestling savant would navigate towards an '80s wrestling star.
  20. Fun to see Sabu/Michaels duke it out. Something of a dream match there.
  21. Video game reference but content is more applicable to sports fans. http://www.somethingawful.com/d/pregame-wr...otes.php?page=3
  22. Why not? I'm just interested in hearing your reasoning.
  23. Umm, what is he supposed to do?
  24. Just a note. The first person to make a post saying "contract the _____!" or any such sentiment in response to a hot team after one week gets suspended from the forums.
  25. Not to Jive Soul Bro. Essentially they ran a bit with Cryme Tyme and Eugene, with CT encouraging Eugene to dance with three young ladies. Eugene seemed more enthralled with Mae Young and Moolah in similar outfits on the side. Then Slick shows up and starts. From there we got Dusty Rhodes, Gerald Brisco, Pat Patterson, Sgt. Slaughter, Ricky Steamboat, Irwin R. Schyster, and a couple others. All that topped off by Ron Simmons showing up and saying "Damn."
