Seeming as they didn't show the actual belt on Smackdown (Long had it in a bag) my guess is that next week Batista will debut as the next draft pick after defeating HHH at Vengance and interrupt the match and this new title wont be given to anyone or mentioned again. That or they have someone win the new title and do a unification angle with Batista but that would further damage the image and lineage of the world titles even further.
