If a bunch of big stars go down with injuries over the summer, RVD might have some leverage to resign with after taking his time off.

On such a small screen, the increased level of detail that HD gives isn't really that noticable.

Probably the same TV at K-Mart on clearance for $299 (probably floor model/open box but still, $300 is $300) ..and its not that great of a TV from what I saw. LCD prices (>32 inches anyway) wont be going down anymore according to Wired, so thats about where they'll be from here on out. So if you want a >32 inch LCD and have been waiting, you might as well go get it or hope for a sale cause they wont be getting any cheaper than about $500 for the 32 inchers (and cheaper for the smaller ones, but smaller ones are useless for HD)

Os beat the Blue Jays 13-7 in the HOF game.. Huff hit a 3 Run HR and minor league catcher Brian Bock had 2 HR and 5 RBI Erbe apparently looked good too, 4 IP 4 H 6 Ks now they can go back to scoring 3 runs a game in games that do count.

Sunday night would be exclusive to ESPN, all other nights get the blackout. The Os starters have been pitching well of late, but between the complete lack of offense and the bullpen blowing any leads they do manage to get late..

American Dad at 7:30 after KOTH...they might as well just burn off all of the new episodes of American Dad in the fall and go with something else at 7:30. I wonder how much they'll have to tone AD down for that timeslot? I can already see the "Its American Dad..it sucks, who cares?" comments coming but Ive liked AD more than FG this year. I really shouldnt care because this has "3 eps or less" written all over it.

I shouldnt have dropped Paul Byrd (for Scott Baker, especially since I still have an empty roster spot), as this week he was the only pitcher to earn a win (2 in fact) and aside from Erik Bedard the only SP to actually produce good #s, although it was good enough to go 4-1-1 (more than likely) in the pitching cats. I just really lucked out this week, as it could have easily been a 1-5 week (dont think anyone would have touched my 50 Ks this week) Jack Cust helps me out with 2 HR and 6 RBI, I should go 5-1 in the offense cats but he's going to the bench. Giambi is up for trade if anyone wants a steroid user. My pitching looks a little shaky all of a sudden, and Im hoping its not anything long term..

I saw ZDTV the very first day it launched back on May 11th 1998..I used to watch screensavers and call for help every day. And Internet tonight with..that guy whos name I cant remember..Scott Herriot!..yeah. Kate Botello was awesome too.. Hell, I remember when it was Gamespot TV with Adam Sessler and the other woman before Kate. They rated on a 1-10 scale like gamespot too..memories.. G4 last summer aired the Canadian Version of Call for Help with Leo for a while and dropped it. I dont even watch X play anymore..but I do find it funny that of all the shows on G4, X play is the highest rated..wonder why?

Im sorta surprised it didnt come back, but..meh..Im surprised it got 2 years. As much as I like the BBC version (through BBC America)..I really dont get why its being put on FOX..I know it seems like a hybrid of Hells Kitchen and the Extreme Makeover series, but its much better suited probably to Food Network. As such, I dont give it more than like..3 episodes before it gets the meat cleaver, especially given its 9-10 Thursday timeslot.

Reaper's really one of the only new fall shows Im actually looking forward to on any network. too bad I dont get the CW in HD..BOO

Id love to make a positive post about the Orioles but theres very little positive about them right now. They get a decent pitching performance the last two nights and the bats are deader than King Tut...they actually score runs and the pitching on one end or the other blows it. They cant lose tomorrow since they're off, at least..thats what my grandmother would always say. Even if they manage to win games vs DC/KC, which at this point is doubtful, its not going to boost morale any for anyone because they SHOULD win those games if they are in fact better than the worst 2 teams in the league.
