Some not mentioned much: Metroid Prime : Echoes - since you have the first one WWE Day of Reckoning (haven't played the 2nd one though) Soul Calibur 2 (with LINK goodness) - probably the best fighting game on the Gamecube Resident Evil 4 - the MUST have Gamecube game, it came out in the first week of January and I still consider it the Gamecube Game of the Year.

My Tivo doesn't have it listed as showing in the next two weeks. I have a hunch that like the other two movies they did the dual premiere with, it wont be on again, at least not any time soon. Id be interested in seeing the remake, even though I doubt it will be as good as the original.

In the small chance that it was Kennedy's chairshot that somehow caused this, I think that would have some major effects on the Pro Wrestling business as a whole. I seriously doubt that it had any role in his death given his past, but the timing between the chairshot, which looked pretty sick to start with, and his death are too close to not rule it out in speculation..

The parallels between this and Pillman's death are too akward. And I'll admit it. When I saw the news link "WWE Superstar Guerrero dies"..I wanted it to be Chavo, but deep in the pit of my gut I knew it was Eddy. I almost didn't want to click the link..just cut off my computer and go to bed and pretend it never happened...wake up tomorrow and it wouldn't have happened. I think its really crappy that he probably would have walked out tonight the Champion, not that it matters at all. And I really hope that it wasn't Kennedy's chairshot that had any factor in it, although given Eddy's past, I doubt it. Most of the other deaths in Pro Wrestling that I can think of were of no direct fault of another wrestler..and if it were to be the chairshot, that would be pretty devastating to the whole industry as a whole.

Prison Break reruns actually had better ratings than new episodes of AD and Kitchen Confidential. Prison Break is Fox's highest rated new show. The only problem is they are screwing around with Prison Break as well by putting it on HOLD from November 28th to May or June. And Im pissed that KC got the axe too...I hope they put it out on DVD.

Aside from the WM set, theres nothing out right now that I want. And as cheap as $125 sounds for the WM Set, I'll wait.

My Tivo suggestions picked up the HD version of "Pulse" last night off of HDNet Movies..its a part of their dual release thing with the movies that Cuban either gets rights to or HDNet Originals..the same day in theatre its on HDNet Movies. so Im getting ready to watch it..whoohoo or something. Edit - not dubbed either..subtitles..yeehaw.

Ive got X Files 1-4 (waiting for them to re-release them in cheaper packaging at a reduced MSRP of $49.99 to get the rest, which is what I paid for 1-4) Seinfeld 1-4 *(5-6) Simpsons 1-6 *(7) 24 1-3 *(4) Lois and Clark 1 * new sets coming out soon will be mine I'll eventually get some others when good sales (Like Targets recent $15 sale) happen, but Im against having to spend more than $50 for a set, which rules out some of the better sets.

XM is carrying some of the games this year and next and then they'll be the exclusive home of NHL on sat radio in 2007, which was big considering they finally got approval to operate in Canada. Oddly enough, Im watching the Flyers/Bruins game in HD right now on OLN on Directv (ch 98, all you need is the HD package), so I have no idea how Comcast and Directv worked that out...might be because Dishnetwork dropped OLN or something though. Hockey in HD is better than any other sport in HD, I think, after just watching 2 games..(this one and one on HDnet a couple weeks ago).

I got a case, Im taking them to work tomorrow. BTW, they are diet, which makes it seem even stranger.

Im planning on going to Target later this afternoon (if I can ever actually catch a nap) to pick up one of these to take to work. Nobody at work believed me about these sodas last year, and I tried to find them at Target but aparently the supply for the things wasn't that great and people were snatching them up and selling $10 packs for upwards of $100 on ebay. This year, supposedly, they have more to go around but I still want to get one as soon as I can. Am I crazy for wanting to drink "Turkey & Gravy," "Cranberry Sauce," "Pumpkin Pie," "Brussels Sprout" and "Wild Herb Stuffing" flavored sodas, and paying $10 for just the privelege of drinking this really horrible concoctions of beverage science? I've seen reviews like this one over at X-entertainment that pretty much confirm my screenname here, although the people paying $100 on ebay last year were crazier.

The only thing I have to report is my team stunk the first week, but I made a couple of improvements and it looks like things should be back on track this week.

What the hell is ESPN going to do next year when they cant show NFL highlights until 12:01 am Monday Morning because NBC bought the exclusive rights to the air NFL sunday game highlights with the SNF package? CBS and FOX I think can air highlights as well for their postgame shows, but ESPN was blocked. Simulated highlights using Madden 2007..? Actually, thats probably what they'll do.

All I can remember is thinking the Ravens should have tried to keep him but not worrying about it after Jamal had his breakout. Now Jamal sucks and Priest is out too.

Bar/Club in Dewey Beach. Basically inside an old garage but very enjoyable. Plus any place that brings in Vanilla Ice for five bucks so I can laugh wins my votes. That and the Baycenter are the two main summer concert venues and have been getting some damn big acts more and more each year. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Out of sheer boredom I was [] that close to going to see Vanila Ice there, but I ended up having to work an emergency shift and didn't feel like it. It is nice that more stuff is happening outside of Ocean City. Id much rather drive up into Delaware, which is further away than OC by a good bit, than to have to deal with the assholes that always go to Ocean City. Id rather not have to drive that far, but the local Civic Center can only seem to manage to book Country Music and old groups from the 70s on their reunion tours.
