Heres what I wouldn't mind seeing.. Batista wrestles JBL and beat him. HHH (who already defended his title vs someone earlier) comes out to congratulate Batista and in the process blurts out that he should be thanking him for setting the whole thing up so that he would go to Smackdown. Batista could never beat him, especially in the Main Event at Wrestlemania. Batista gets pissed off..and then he grabs a mic and challenges HHH to a match. HHH is reluctant at first to accept, but then finally agrees. Batista beats him to win the RAW title as well. Off the air with Batista holding up both Titles.. Eventually, Batista is forced to choose one brand or the other and dump the other brand's belt. Both Bischoff and Teddy Long (or whoever) both compete for him and then he finally chooses one or the other.

Well there you go. I was thinking the same thing. Personally, it makes no sense to me to buy these things (espescially the EA Sports 95 thing..). If you still have your old consoles, you could probably buy the games for $2 or so instead of paying $20 for a neat controller box that plugs into your TV...

I didnt know about that, but Im skeptical from what I've read about it. How good was WSB 2K2/3? No screenshots? The game is supposed to be on shelves in early April. Im pretty sure MVP 2005 will be much better than Pennant Chase, but at least I know that Nintendo is back into doing the sports games and that I'll have some options besides EA. Plus, Im getting MVP for $25..

As long as the disc was rewritable, it would be a bargain for $100. I dont think you can buy 200 DVD-RWs for less than that (I just paid $10 for 5).

Son of a bitch they did? Damnit last year 3D0 dies so I have to switch from High Heat to MVP, now I'll have to switch again next year. The deal Take Two made was with the Players Association for 7 years. I have no idea what the game will be like since I dont even know if they have a game to put the liscense to, but Take Two hasn't made any games for the Gamecube that Im aware of so I doubt there will be any baseball games on the Gamecube for the rest of its lifespan with real player names.. EA can however, get Nintendo/Sony/Microsoft to publish the games for them *wink wink* to keep the real players since Take Two's deal is exclusive only to 3rd party publishers. But Microsoft definitely wouldn't since they have their own baseball game that they can put out with real players (1rst party game) and Sony and Nintendo probably wont either. Maybe Nintendo could make Ichiro Suzuki Baseball 2006...

You can't beat preordering a new EA sports title for half price with free shipping. Plus, its the only baseball game available for the Gamecube. Preorder MVP Baseball for all consoles Im just hoping Sosa is on the O's.. Of course, for you EA haters, Sega's MLB 2k5 is $19.99 everywhere.. I Guess I should note that apparently MVP Baseball 2005 is going to sell for $29.99 right out of the gate, and apparently it will be the last EA Sports baseball game with real players in it, because Take Two has given EA a dose of their own medicine and signed an exclusive deal with MLBPA.... so Im definitely going to get it since I know Take Two won't support the Gameube like EA does.

People are going to be disapointed when they find out the only movies they'll be able to play on the thing will be movies from Sony's own studio. Plus, if you own the movie already on DVD, why would you want to buy it again (or vice versa, if you dont own the movie, why would you want to buy it for the PSP and only be able to watch it on the small screen). I dont even get why "You can watch movies on it!" is a touted feature.. Im rooting for Nintendo to shrink the Gamecube hardware and make a handheld system that plays the small Gamecube discs. They could probably sell the thing cheaper than the PSP if they did it right.

Vince should do a reality show called "the GM" where 16 people fight for the coveted spot of Smackdown GM, sorta like the Apprentice. ....
