Considering that I don't check my team at all anymore, I hope not. A few minor changes could make the match up competitive. I hope Im not the one that has to make any changes..

My prediction of Marlins in 5 games, 6 max looks pretty good.

On the new game, there is no reason why you can't have 4 player mode on the gamecube. 4 controller ports..4 turtles..only supports a 2 player mode... BOO! It would lose a point for me just for that if I had it. Of course, DH might have been reviewing the PS2 version..

I would think it would beat the 10+ reruns of Sportscenter over on ESPN in the morning but..no. I could watch Sportscenter reruns all morning but CP didn't even last 10 minutes with me.

My team is good for 35-55 pts. I know I won't get 100 pts, and 70 is stretching out my luck. I'd need big game out of Maddox who will probably go negative pts again.. I know the feeling. I had it with Doug Johnson. Worse, I feel even badder cause Vick is probably done this season, KITNA is fucking starting and oh yes, Holcomb's got a tear somewhere in his leg on top of his broken fibula (injury actually occurred at the same time), so most likely, I've got no great QB now... We are so fucked in the QB department. I've also got Plummer, but hes out at least 2 more weeks. As bad as Maddox had been playing, Charlie Batch isn't very far from Starting for the Steelers..and given that there are no starting QBs on the waiver, if Maddox goes out and I can't get Batch or some other QB doesn't get hurt... My only hope now is to finish 7-7 and have a minor shot at the last playoff spot. Between picking up Domanick Davis and that trade I just made, things look a bit better but I don't know if things are better enough to go 5-2 here on out after starting 2-5.

The Orioles are going to be in the running for several FA's and the hope is that they can coax Vlad away from the money of NY to play in front of the big scoreboard in right field at Camden Yards. They are also looking at getting a #1/2 starting pitcher although there are few pitchers of that calibre that will be available (Colon,Pettite,Millwood and Escobar). They are also looking at Tejada and Javy Lopez as options to replace Deivi Cruz and Brook Fordyce. I think if the end up with Vlad and any one of SP/Tejada/Lopez that they should at least be in contention for the AL Wild Card. No more of this stuck in 4th place crap. There is also A TON of rumors (eminating from Peter Gammons saying it..) that Grady Little will probably be the O's manager in 2004 IF he's not back in Boston (which looks possible). Personally I think Grady Little is no more better/worse than Hargrove, but if the O's get the FA's he'll probably have the team in the playoffs if not this year than no later than 2005.

Tajiri vs OLM - decent match, Tajiri wins and then the two Mafia guys come out of the crowd and give OLM sort of a double rock bottom type move which was pretty awesome. The Washington Redskins changed backup quarterbacks Wednesday, signing Tim Hasselbeck and cutting Rob Johnson. I just wanted to say the above somewhere. Amazing. No more Rob Johnson! Poor Tim better get ready though..

Rose Bowl is back to PAC 10 vs Big 10. I doubt N. Illinois will get a major bowl bid. They aren't big enough of a school to risk losing the money on the ratings. My guess would be a bowl game on the 30th or so.

Im trying to figure out how Maryland beat West Virginia.. West Virginia played Miami tough and here they are beating Va Tech. Crazy..and I gotta figure Miami will easily beat Va Tech. And as for the Unbeatens, there will probably be 2 unbeaten teams left at the end of the year, but only 1 will play in the Sugar Bowl. Even if N. Illinois goes undefeated they have no chance in bloody hell of making the Sugar Bowl, even though they've beaten 3 BCS teams. Hell, they could be the ONLY unbeaten team left and they still wouldn't make it.

Id almost be willing to say Fox Sports would give him a job on their site or even something for their pregame show..

If anything, I liked the fact that he seemed to be serious and not serious at the same time in his columns. Yeah, they were long, but really only too long for a person with a short attention span and no more than 5-10 minutes to read it. Im sure some site will pick him up for a column although I doubt it will be in time for any more football this season.

Test and Steiner should fued with Jericho and Christian over Lita/Trish and then when the big match comes, Jericho and Christian lose on purpose and Test's um...group gets 2 more female members. Then the Godfather comes back and liberates Stacy/Trish/Lita by beating Test.

Jeff Hardy comes back next week and beats the hell out of Jericho and Christian.. err..well probably not.. But in WWE Soap Opera Land, that would happen. Just like in real soap operas where they bring people back from the dead and such.

Tag Title match.. Bashams come out to just about no reaction... Probably one of the better matches I've seen the Bashams in. Finally figured out that Doug is the one with more hair stubble.
