Given that Raven had basically been a jobber leading up to the PPV and that the fans had been really wanting to see Brown finally beat Jarrett, it's safe to say Brown v. Brown-JJ could never top something like that.

Then Monty can drop the belt to Raven maybe sometime in the fall or winter. TNA really fucked up w/Monty Brown. That could have been an angle that actually made sense. Like I said, When people were jacking off cuz AJ won the title, I said it was a horrible idea. Now this random switch to Raven, although it made the mark in us happy, made AJ look like a bitch, also made Abyss, Monty and Jarrett look bad. It makes me sick that Bret wouldnt feud with Vince but would be great to see him on TV again. I think, if anything, Sting would take part in TNA rather than the E. What happened to him joining the E? Its both. The 1st thing I had stated was that I didnt like the order of the angle. The only good thing about it was CMP leaving, in the sense that it has created heat at the moment. I cant see how it can transgress into gaining any ground though. 2ndly Ive never trusted VKM since hearing him on the stand during the steriods trail and basically think hes an asshole since Montreal. If he wants to do something he will do it. He will stop at nothing to screw somebody. Dont tell me you can trust the man. However, some people here think that VKM is the most decent person in this business. Got to see the show again and still thing that it is doesnt make and, thing it is risky and the chance of it working out is minimal (although Id love them to pull it off). Note that I said minimal and not non-existence. People have expressed doubts over it happening here. Trying to work the smarks results in you shooting it over the marks heads. I think it could. The E's fans have been clamouring for his return, and Kane hasnt really got his hands on Edge and Lita yet. He cant be in 2 places at the same time. People will think that Edge nailed the coffin shut with his 'joke' during the wedding. I was always thinking that the only way to salvage this angle is that Edge and Lita are in the ring. Kanes music hits. Edge meets him head on with a steel chair. Matts music hits. Litas like o yeah as if thats gonna happen. Edge continues to beat down on Kane. Then all of sudden Matt comes through the fans and jumps over the railing near the time keeper. Tries to deliver the ToF to Lita. She manages to escape. Edge and Lita get out fast. Matt checks on Kane. Stare-down. Matt cuts a promo saying that he wants to beat the crap out of Kane and Edge and Lita, but an enemy of his enemy is a friend of his. Puts out his hand. Kane considers it. They shake. An unholy alliance is formed. Edge rushes to find a partner (ideally somebody who has a past with Kane and Matt, most likely candidate would be Snitsky or a returning Mark Henry or hell, both of em). Love is the air, ooo hoo hoo. Look at Ion Storm Austin, developed Deus Ex and Thief 2 and 3. They didnt sell. Ion Storm Austin WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. Look at Baldur's Gate. Solely responsible for making the RPG a cool type of game again. Many games claimed to have RPG elements after that. It can offer an estimated 1,000 hours of gameplay and the story rivals Lord of the Rings, but its not 3D, so it didnt sell as much as did. The result, legal battles between Bioware, Black Isle Studies, Interplay, Vivendi, Dungeons and Dragons and Tales of the Sword Coast. Yes, and that is the stories that brings the marks in, which result in increased sales, if marketed correctly. IMHO, this angle will just confuse marks and possibly turn them away.

I think Meanie though should be looking at alternative ways to make money out of this, like asking VKM for a place on the roster, along with Smoothers. They could come in as an angle, with Smoothers fighting JBL at a PPV. Then JBL faces Meanie. And then he faces them both in a handicap match. Wins all 3 in current fashion. Fits right in with his character.

Actually, Show did lose weight from 500 pounds down to 470. Id like to see him on RAW too. As a heel might I add. Vs Tista, vs Kane mainly.
