The tag-title division is pretty much DOA at this point, and come on, like they'll put the titles on anyone else at this point. -Kane vs. Big Vis-Most likely Viscera, but either way, I don't care, as long as the crowd tears Lita a new one tonight, then I'll be happy. -Benjamin vs. Jericho-Benjamin, especially since it's been reported (or rumored) that Chris isn't very happy in the WWE right now (can't say I blame him) -Benot vs. Edge-Edge will win, though it will be a great match. Besides, they need to keep Edge's momentum right now. -The Dream Team vs. Hassan & Divari-The Dream Team, though I wouldn't be suprised if Hassan & Divarri won. -Batista vs. HHH-Hopefully Batista, since it wouldn't make any sense to give the belt or the win to HHH right now.

The slide started for me around season 10. Season 9 wasn't that bad IMO, but by the time season 10 rolled aroud, it lost all of it's appeal for me due to the poor writing and poor comedy.

John does alot of writing in the Horror relm. You should read his books with Edward Lee, including "Goon" (if you can find it) which is set in the Indy Wrestling circut. As for "Children of Cthulhu", there's plenty of interesting stories in it, from Richard Laymon to Poppy Z. Brite (who I normaly don't care for.)

For some reason, this reminds me of George Carlin talking about Porky Pig rapng Yosemite Sam. ("Now I know what yor thinkin'; that Sam deserved it...")

That's no urban legend, that's the British royal family. Well of course there's that. I mean Urban Legends in the Northwest. You know, in New England states. I think I've heard a few. Then of course, there's the Swany Bean family, but that's a true story. Off topic, but if you enjoy the Sawny Bean myth, I suggest reading Harlan Ellison's wonderful "She's a Poor Young Thing, And Can Not Leave Her Mother", from his Slippage collection. Also, in the "Children of Cthulhu" anthologgy, which collects a series of modern HP Lovecraft stories, there's a great story from John Pelan called "That's the Story of my Life", which deals with the Seany Bean clan.

Damnit. That's all I can say about this right now. Sorry, but this really depresses me, and I just can't talk about it.

Personally, my favorite part of "Death of WCW" is the stories of the Ultimate Warrior's run in WCW. It's just amusing, as well as fascinating, to see how much WCW wasted on this guy.

Well, I'm not going to debate here, since I don't feel like arguing with anyone tonight. I will say however, that this whole thread is totally Anyways, as a guy who was raised Catholic, I have to say that I really don't like the new Pope very much. I've heartd several of his comments (i.e. dated stuff like "Rock music is a tool of Satan!" to "Gay marriage is evil") and I think that this is not the guy the church needs if they want to take a step forward. It almost feels like they are trying to alienate people.
