If you are ashamed of your slump buster, then what does that make you? If you can't find ANY redeeming qualities in a girl, what right do you have fucking her? I'm very very easygoing, and I do get along with people when I'm doing ANYTHING besides focusing on talking to a big group of people. I'm an introvert and bars and such exhaust me. But give me a one on one and it's always good times. Even a one on one in a crowded room. I think I just can't stand focusing on so many people at once. I hyperfocus. Google it.

Activity is better for balancing muscles as well, unless you're doing Yoga as well. Just building the core muscles is fine for lifting ... weights. LIVING is good for getting stronger at life.
