Miami Ink is a pretty good show...Inked, the one on A&E is crap. It's run by Corey Hart, some motorcross lamer that's married to Pink (the singer) inside the Palms Casino in LV. Miami Ink's artists seem like some cool, down-to-earth guys that you could go in and just bullshit with all day long. The Inked guys are clearly all about the fame and fortune. I'm sorry, but when I get work done on me, I want someone who actually gives a shit about what he's doing. as far as drunks getting tattoos...I don't know how Miami Ink runs it, but most shops around here will NOT tattoo you if you're visibly high or drunk...and I'm pretty sure most tattoo artists would be able to tell right away. Also, they make you practically sign your life away on some legal document before they work on you: are you 18? have you taken any drugs? have you taken any prescribed drugs? have you consumed alcohol? do you have HIV, AIDS or Hepatitis? etc. etc. The documents basically say that you can be sued and imprisoned should something come up that you lied about.

well, when Mike got banned, it was kinda like "whoa, crazy!"...wp finally gets banned and it's like "ah well"...hell UTSU's banning was unexpected. I can't stand the fucker, but never thought he warranted it.

the Jon Heder SNL episode was the worst

damn man, that shit was so bad I totally forgot about it! heh Alvarez, there since day one, goes out like that. at least Ryan O'Rielly's character got some decent closure. I still think Beecher should have been released for good by the time the series ended.

yeah, Oz got to a point where shit was just getting rather silly...Season 6 seemed like they were in such a hurry to wrap up storylines and characters that spanned seasons and it all felt rushed. Said getting killed off by some random goof...all those years in prison and guys like Schillinger and the Aryans couldn't get him but some random dweeb walks in and blows him away? A character like Said deserved something a bit more...glamorous? Like Adebisi's exit. That final scene with Adebisi spitting up blood and hitting the ground dead was great! the ending to the Beecher/Schillinger/Keller love triangle was anti-climatic, big time. Hill's death is what really capped it for me.
