Simon/Swinger are under TNA contract, and are broken up. Simon is now "Irish" Pat Kenney, and Swinger teams with Glen Gilberti as the New York Connection.

I don't mind La Resistance. It's better than seeing Sylvan in singles matches. What I do hate is tag teams being paired off simply to lead into a breakup and feud. Like Haas and Rico. We all know the plan is to have Jackie turn on Rico and go with Haas, so why are we going to care? The WWE needs new, full fledged tag teams. Hell, the team of Holly and Gunn might be passable if they attempted to make them over instead of having them play the same bland characters they've been for 6 years now. It also pains me to see Jim Cornette, who knows more about tag team wrestling than nearly anyone, putting together these effective teams in OVW such as the Lords of the Ring (Conway and Dinsmore), Nova and Idol, the Disciples of Synn, etc. only to see them either still toiling in OVW, or split up when they get called to the main roster. If you're grooming someone in a tag team, isn't it best to, y'know, BRING THEM UP as a tag team? Instead we get the LOTR broken up so that one guy can be put into a tag team and the other guy can be handicapped, the DoS get split so one guy is in a spot Sean O'Haire could be in while the other is on his way to be UT's next victim. Hopefully the same fate doesn't await Nova and Idol or Adrenaline, OVW's two best teams.

I've been saying it from the beginning too, Rip. You just weren't paying attention. I didn't think the movie was as bad as people let on. Then again, I like Grease 2 more than part one. And how on Earth, when soundtracks are traditionally released before/in conjunction with a movie, did this musical get made without one?

I love this woman. About time people realized her hotness.

Saved By The Bell Questions That You Asked

Awesome. One step closer to The New Class eps... -
Fifteen. It was referenced earlier in this very thread. Ryan Reynolds, who played Van Wilder in the movie of the same name, was on it.

The old Incredible Hulk series, which has many fans here if I remember correctly, is being shown once again on Sci-Fi. The show is on at 4pm EST. They started running it again last summer in conjunction with the release of the movie, but never showed the entire run of the series, instead stopping midway during the 4th (I think) season. From the episodes I've seen listed, it almost seems as if they're picking up where they left off, and are showing the later eps in the series.

The One and Only Smackdown! HCTP Thread
Zack Malibu replied to Insane Bump Machine's topic in Video Games
I've just started finding time to work on CAW's. I did Rene Dupree last night, and he looks OK enough. I'll still probably fine tune him a bit. -
I'm a supporeter of both guys, and there really is no way to compare them. Edge is the better worker, while Christian in the better character. I've long been an Edge fan (pretty much since his debut in the fed) and I'm extremely big on Christian these days. Each guy has their positives and negatives. The only thing I have to stay is that they need to stay far, far away from each other for a while, because their feud post-breakup left a lot to be desired. Let them flesh their characters out more (Edge especially), and then see if they can make a marketable feud come off.

On Directv theres Nicktoons which shows a good majority of the cartoons and Noggin which shows most of the actually acted shows. I got Noggin on Dish, and I only wish they'd actually show some of the old Nickelodeon shows. They were showing Pete and Pete for a while, but according to the extremely vague story I heard, some parents complained about the content on one episode, and Noggin pulled it. Now, all we get is Degrassi, RFR, My So-Called Life, random episodes of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Daria on a loop from 6 PM to 5 AM every day. I believe they also show Just Deal, which used to come on after the TNBC City Guys reruns in 2001. That show was OK from the few eps I saw. It seems every Nickelodeon channel in the world shows TNBC/Engel shows EXCEPT the ones in North America. Bastards.

From Justin To Kelly: Bought for $5.50 at Wal-Mart You Got Served: Watched my friend pay $20 for it. When it goes down to the bargain bins (and it will), I'll snag it.

That movie is all about the dancing. Acting-wise, I've seen better emotion in cartoons.
-
This movie does not suck. That is all. PS: I think Clarkson's hot myself.

How the hell do you pay for all that? Rob a bank or something? My god. I've been collecting movies since I was a kid, and taping wrestling/TV shows just as long. It's everything I've accumulated over the years. Also, come holiday/birthday time, pretty much everyone knows the money is going towards movies, so I get gift cards, etc. towards Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. It also helped that I've had a full time job since I was 13 (I'm 23 now).

Holy shit, I'm surprised someone other than me remembers Down The Shore. My picks would be Herman's Head (one of the best FOX shows ever, IMO) and That Was Then. That Was Then debuted in the fall of '02 on ABC, in a Friday night at 9 deathslot. It was the show about the guy who was able to relive his life over, but everything he did affected the future, so he'd have to go back and go about things differently. The premise was awesome and the show was well done, and they cancelled it after TWO EPISODES in favor of America's Funniest Home Videos reruns. Scumbags.

I've got TONS of movies I've never seen. If I like the looks of it, or heard something about it that would make me buy it (it doesn't necessarily have to be "good", since I have a love for bad movies) then I'll get it. Then there's also the case of me buying things I have seen, only to never watch them once I get them. I've seen Se7en numerous times, but my DVD copy is still in the wrapping, with the Best Buy price tag on it and everything. The funny thing about that? I bought it the day after Christmas, 2001. My DVD collection is growing rapidly (currently over 330, there are some that aren't listed on DVDAficionado but those are mostly just my few indy wrestling DVD's) and my VHS movie collection is in the thousands, so I've got quite a bit of watching to do before I kick the bucket someday.

Well, if they're continuing with the Luger push for Jindrak, it makes sense. Luger DID get a title shot at Summerslam '93. OK, I got nothing. I like Jindrak, but there is no way in hell I want to see him let alone PAY to see him in a title match.

Neither am I, eiker, so I can feel you on that one. I currently own quite a few movies that I'm yet to watch: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Pirates of the Carribean, The Rundown and Out Of Time are all sitting there, unwatched. I've also yet to see T3, but since it's down to $9.99 this week at Circuit City, I'm thinking of picking it up.

Put him on Smackdown, and use him to get over some of the newer heels (Dupree, JBL if they're intent on pushing him). I'm not saying they should make Sting a jobber, but at this point his best interest should be in putting on a good performance and helping others get ahead. A feud with Taker would work, but I can't see them turning Taker heel for it. They'd probably make Sting "evil" somehow.

It was Chris Kanyon and Mark Starr. Yes, it was that Kanyon.

You know, I actually had Sprite for the first time EVER the other night, simply because my friend mixed it with vodka and poured me a glass. Oh, and Hoff, you may have duct tape, but it can't prevent...SPILLAGE~! ::trips Hoff, watches Fresca pour out onto the floor. Walks off with CC. .::

The Simpsons South Park Married With Children Cheers The Sopranos Saved By The Bell v. MST3K -Oh, motherfucker. It figures it came down to this. Two shows I adore. Saved By The Bell, of course. Sorry, MST3K, I still love ya though. That 70s Show Quantum Leap

I can't forsee the Great American Bash doing much better, because the confirmed/rumored matches for that (Eddie vs. JBL in a gimmick match, Undertaker vs. Dudleys) aren't exactly going to make people run out and lay down $34.95.
-
I'm showing. This No Gravity match has been a chore, and I'll be damned if I don't wrap it up fairly soon. I'm proud of what I've done, so hopefully that leads to a win. Double gold in the Boulevard, bitches!
