And Jin and Sun were used freakishly well in tonights episode. JIN! Didn't die! Just 100% spectacular from DDK, and Yunjin Kim is becoming ridiculously bangable. Jin hugging Charlie, Jin talking to Claire... greatness. Sun finding the needles, telling Jack to stop.... hotness. Boone letting Jack off the hook was touching, and it made sense given the way Boone learned to let go of Shannon. Shannon/Sayid is still a worthless relationship, but it does lead to Sayid facing off against Locke. Jack... Matthew Fox... is a fucking all-star. Fuck, he's good at emoting. Just top notch work from the guy. I almost cried at the end when he had to let Boone go. And then, at the end.... wanting to find JOHN LOCKE. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH DADDY~!

It's kinda hard to believe that the show is over. It never dawned on me that it was the _finale_ until the announcer at the end said it was. It's so fun to see UFC hype up its PPV's on National cable television, and I think they did a good job hyping the Saturday show. Sam didn't look very impressive out there, despite his high kicks. I didn't like his strategy of back off, back off, back off, since he never moved-in at the right times like, say, Fedor would. Forrest finished well. Swick did a nice reversal on the ground there out of nowhere that should get some love. Bonnar was the bigger guy and Swick still swept him. Great finish by Bonnar, and this is the right finals for the LH division, as either guy could win (which they brought up) and either guy would make for a good fighter in the UFC.

They don't need to change a damn thing with Batistas entrance.

How is creating an atmosphere pointless?

I did like marquee, but I would have much rather prefered an actual one rather than the video screen. This would be a small touch that would have meant alot. And even then, it didn't match the graphics they were using to build up the show. Infact, the image they were presenting leading up to the show (which was great), was not reflected in the set at all.

The set was horrible. Wrestlemania is supposed to be a "big" event, and that set was very "small". It didn't feature anything new or cool and at best it was cheesy. The Bushido 6 set was similar in size, but made much better use of space and theme. They used cherry trees and had a Samurai entrance. It was awesome. It created an atmosphere. The "Wrestlemania goes Hollywood" theme was too broad and didn't create any atmosphere at all. Plus, it contradicted their initial image of lights and bling.

It was a $50 show. Expectations are raised for $50 shows.
