  1. If the Neo-cons can help it, he won't make it out of the primary.
  2. The full spoilers make the show look more flattering then the quick spoilers, I will admit that much.
  3. Doesn't Dancing with the Stars already have a thread.....Kidding.
  4. Dammit my ISP fucked up and my post got lost...I will try to remember what I said...... Ok...basically December is not THAT far off, so they should hurry up and blowoff the Sabu/TBS feud and then maybe TBS can claim that he is unbeatable and has proven it and instead of having to defend his title, his opponents will have to EARN their title shot...and then Heyman announces a tournament for the #1 Contender spot....RVD wins this of course maybe with the Final being held at WWE's October PPV(if it close to the end of the month, if not then push it to November, although that would make it a loooong tourny) Tournaments are usually a good way not only to build the #1 contender, but others guys as well, RVD and CM Punk could meet in the semi-finals and put on one hell of a show, which will give them a little bit of history for when they eventually meet in 2007. Anyways, so right as RVD wins the match, TBS comes down to destroy him and thus the feud is reborn..... As it stands now I would have RVD & Sabu in the finals, just because they seem to be currently getting the biggest sustainable cheers from the crowd, not just a simply pop or cheap pop, but actual cheers. Like I said maybe have CM Punk/RVD in the semifinals, where it is a very hot-contested match and maybe the finish can come as CM Punk attempts his finisher and RVD reverses it into some type of leverage pin attempt for the win.....then as RVD exits, they cut to CM Punk where he has a facial expression that says "I had him, so close, but I let the pre-mature win get to my head and I fucked up and lost focus" That way they have some built-in history for when they have their Epic title match in 2007..... Thoughts?

    NFL - Week One.

Did I? Really? Thanks for that analysis on my statements. In reality all I said is that the Redskins lost a close game to a good team, probably a 9-7 or 10-6 team(I haven't seen their schedule). WTF does "hanging by a thread"(When in reality once BJ became the starter, they went 7-2) last season have to do with THIS SEASON? It's Week one, so people are bound to be too optimistic and/or too down about their team's performance.
  6. It's amazing how people think Guliani has any chance in a national election. Considering how many skeletons the guy has in the closet and the fact that no one outside of NY cares about him, plus some of his more liberal views would probably keep him from winning the primary anyway, unless people would be willing to bite their lip on social issues in hopes of merely getting someone with an ® elected to public office.....(Arnold S. I am looking in your direction )
  7. I think Flair probably helped Batista along a lot too, by pretending to be his friend and backstabbing him. Also, another reason Batista got way over in that feud is because it wasn't your typical 90's style feud where the Cool Heel kept one-upping the face. Batista was always outsmarting Triple H in the backstage segments. A Top Guy putting over a younger talent is not some hard special task, however the top guy has to be willing and Triple H seems to be willing only if it is someone he personally hand picks, and even then he fucks them over eventually, like shipping Batista to Smackdown and killing any heat Orton had.

Only ones to play a shit team, but yeah a win is a win. Dude your team played fucking VIKINGS. They aren't hot enough to warrant you making a snide remark about the Eagles' level of competition last Sunday. At least they BEAT a team they were supposed to beat, unlike those indians in D.C. Vikings >>>>> Texans

Probably not as much as he falls down from being off balance due to his opponent sneezing in his direction.

Where are your seats for the Dallas game? Stop by and say hey if you're near section 8. I am in the endzone, section 18, Row 11.......I am staying at the Days Inn across from Texas Stadium....there is a giant Redskins tailgate in the blue parking lot close to the "Corral" that I will be at prior to the game.....stop by there if you want.

Not because it's Wlad, but because it's Calvin Brock.
  13. Ricky Williams and Lennox Lewis come to mind. Both basically said they just happened to be good at the sport, but didn't have a passion for it.

    NFL Week 2

I will be in Dallas for the Redskins/Dallas game(as well as Houston the following week for Skins/Houston) This game is tough to call since both teams have questions going into Week 2, The Redskins lose a close game. They played a Vikings team that is not elite, but both their lines, are definately superior to most, especially their offensive line. Dallas, they started the game great against Jacksonville, dissapeared for the rest until the 4th quarter, but Bledsoe decided to remember he was Drew Bledsoe, and three 3 INTs, also Dallas once again looks to be putting forth a non-existant running game. I think the Skins D will have an easier time getting to Bledsoe then they did Johnson, because the Dallas O-line is nowhere near as good as Minnesota's, however the Skins are depleted in the secondary, with Springs probably OUT and the injury to Prioleu, which means their over-aggressive blitzing will get the secondary burnt a few times during the game. The Redskins offense didn't look bad, as far as moving the ball up and down the field went, but they kept stalling at the 5 yard line, which translated into field goals instead of TDs, in the first half if they convert one more of the FGs instead into a TD, then the score is 17-6 at the half, convert two more, and it is 21-6 at the half, which would have forced Minnesota to alter their game plan, playing behind from 2-3 scores down, which would have made Brad Johnson force more and make mistakes. Instead we got 13-6 at the half, with Minnesota still very in the game. The thing is, both these teams have built their rep on Defense the past few seasons, but it is their offenses that are SUPPOSED to be shining in 2006...... Because I will be there, I predict I bring the Skins luck and they eek out a victory.... 21-20.

    NFL - Week One.

Porter can just tell them he was thinking of a really funny Dilbert cartoon. Or he could be honest and say the offensive line and quarterback are so horrible they are making Jeff George once again seem like a great option. Also from last night, Troy Williamson might have the worse hands of any #1 receiver in the NFL. The Vikings are going to be in trouble knowing that in a third down situation or a situation where they need a big play that they can't count on their top wide out. Well as a Washington fan I can say Carlos Rogers play was equally as troubling, both the deep pass to Williamson and the TD earlier were underthrown to where he had to slow down to adjust to the ball, and all Carlos Rogers had to do was at least turn his head around to look at the ball and he comes away with at least one INT, and hopefully a batted down ball, instead he doesn't even attempt to make a play on the ball.

  17. On paper, this show looks bad. I wonder how it will come across on TV, and how the fan reaction was. Big Show over Sabu via Chokeslame thru table!?! Come on, can they please find a NEW WAY to end their matches?

The media is wrong about Brunell "falling apart" or "running out of gas" in 2005, he didn't, he took a hit to the knee against the Giants in the second to last game of the season, was wearing a brace the rest of the way out....he got injured. I am not saying Brunell won't get injured again, because hey, it's likely, but there is a difference between playing injured and "running out of gas"

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Is there any reason to believe that this team won't be in the mix again this year? I didn't say they won't be in the mix.
