This was hilarious. Stern did a lot of "Your dad got you the job" blah blah, however Powell was caught very off guard. Good Stuff......here is the link if you want to listen to the archive. The first and foremost reason this angle isn't working is because Trish is retired to talk and entertain the fans by speaking. That alone ruins it. Now as far as Trish, she is just overacting to the point of absurdity.

well that explains why FYE is charging $8+ more then amazon.com which has it listed it at $20.97 And I didn't see anything about a free ECW winter hat at FYE. Anyone got a link? I want my free ECW winter hat dammit........lol.

A lot of people say the Sabu vs. 2 Cold Scorpio match from Cyberslam was one of the promotions best matches. I haven't seen it yet, and it is one of the only remaining big matches I haven't seen from ECW.

What is FYE, and what is an ECW Winter hat? Like a beanie or something?

Update: I shall be picking this game up before class tonight. Trading in 6 games which should wipe out at least 50% of the cost of the game.

Friday the 13th part 3 theme.....no remix required.

Season 3 of Curb your Enthusiasm is coming out January 9th according to Amazon. This is the best season IMO, while season 4 was funny, but I just think Season 3 was pure brilliance. Season 4 of Oz is coming out in January as well, but it claims it is only 3 discs, and Season 4 had a season a and a season b, both with 8 episodes each, so I am wondering if it is more then 3 discs, or amazon is just not aware that it will only be the FIRST HALF of season 4. 16 episodes on 3 discs is a little much and may handicap quality.

That is a hell of a lot of chapters....Damn. This will be the first ever WWE-produced DVD I purchase.

the current state of downloading sucks. I mean sure we can all still find what we need, but the RIAA did a lot to scare young people(and people in general) into paying for mp3s. Now basically kids everywhere are just paying for mp3s of the same garbage that is on the radio, which is sad, and depressing because that pretty much goes against some of the main principles of mp3/file-sharing represented in the first place.

The Dawn remake was excellent. They knew it was not smart to try and make the same movie, so they didn't. I think they even changed the rules about the zombies too, like how if you "died naturally" you would not turn into a zombie.

When I got out of class tonight there was a huddle of people outside GameStop. I bet they are staying open late or reopening later on to sell GTA: San Andreas. Good shit. I will be picking up my copy within the week probably.

wow, that is certainly a ringing endorsement. I know I should be saving my money since I am out of work again, and I already plan on buying MGS 3, but on the other hand, I do have a ton of money stashed in the bank.....hmmm....choices.

Tom Petty got blackball from Clear Channel when he made the song, "The Last DJ" a song in which a lot of people never heard of until it started showing up in those new music ads that come on before the movies, at theaters.

I think someone in this thread had a good point, that a lot of the better quality bands/artists at the time go unknown or panned by critics who are basically trying to push the Top 40 market, and it is usually at least 10-20 years later when people revisit the music and realize it was good shit. Look at Black Sabbath at the time, they were panned, and basically ignored outside of their small circle of following, and now look at their popularity, even though they don't make music anymore. Another problem with Clear Channel and today's music scene is that Clear Channel is only interested in music that will appeal to the masses. If your sound is too skewed into one genre, they won't back you and won't give you airtime. That is why more and more you start hearing every song on every station. Hell My mom had on an adult contemporary station and the Backstreet Boys were on it........WTF?

Speaking of Kirsten Dunst. Damn she has been blessed with the PERKIEST pair I have seen in quite sometime.
