  1. Nah. We expected it. We're not the ones claiming there was no mandate, or that we want to leave America, or the like. That is the left. This is simply to laugh at their silliness. Deal with it. -=Mike Well then stop spreading their voice and ill will for more to read.
  2. Umm, is it just me, or is it the CONSERVATIVES of this board, that can't get over the fact that George Bush won?
  3. I thought we had a pretty good system here. You used a paper ballot. When you were done, it ran the ballot through a scanner, and then you get to rip off your receipts from the bottom of the ballot. Seems simple enough.
  4. I believe Anakin is not just on the darkside, but actually is "Darth Vader" before the suit. The suit was just made because of him getting the shit beat out of him by Obi-Win and falling into the lava pits. I just wonder how they are going to fit everything in to this movie. Since nobody knows yet that Palpatine is Sideous, it means Anakin has to get seduced to the darkside, and fall under control of Palpatine, but then also in the process realize Palpatine is Sideous, yet at the same time, not get freaked out by this, take a step back and realize this is one evil dude. I mean Anakin better really be emotionally hurt to overlook all of this and just give in to Palpatine/Sideous.

  6. Who said I was anti-Israel? I didn't know I have some allegeience to Palestine. I am talking about Arafat and Sharon. Not the people of Israel.
  7. The Girls team is turning out to be typical. In-fighting and alliances. While the guys do it the smart way and vote simply on performance.
  8. Well, Kit Hoover hosts Cold Pizza on ESPN 2. I think she used to host a program on the video game channel to. I know Joe from Miami has some charity setup or something. I notice that a lot of the people that did their show and then walked away from reality tv, actually made something with their lives, opposed to the ones that keep coming back.
  9. I'm never around anymore so I'm sure this was mentioned somewhere else but.............doesn't anyone else find it a little TOO coincidental that Osama Bin-Laden magically appeared on tape just days before the election? I don't want to dig into to my black helicopters/conspiracy theory side, but I often wonder if a lot of the War on Terror is staged. I have this sinking feeling (the feelings that made me vote for Michael Peroutka on Tuesday) that we have no intention of finding Bin Laden. Well considering that our media doesn't even want to talk about civilian deaths taking place in Iraq, as a result of either miscues or just straight bombings, yet whenever someone wants to argue against the war in IRAQ......."3000 INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THOSE BUILDINGS" is waved around in their face, asif that has anything to do with Iraq. I wouldn't say it is staged, but I would definately say there is strategic methods behind releasing certain tapes to the media. I don't think it is that we don't have any intention on finding bin laden, but Bush's policy over the last two plus years makes it clear that bin laden was never his priority and that he basically used our fears and insecurities about Al Qaeda to rally public support for the pre emptive strike in Iraq. Honestly, I am almost past the concern of whether we should have gone or not, or the "right war at the right time etc....." aspect of the war. I am more concerned that Bush who was so hell bent on going to war with Iraq, didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing when planning. It seemed like his main concern was just taking out the Iraqi Soldiers, and then we would just improvise afterward. He was warned by a lot of respectable people of what the situation would be like once Baghdad fell, and he didn't seem to care, or he just didn't want to wait, and think this through more rationally. There is still no end in sight, and no telling how many more tax dollars will be poured into Iraq. All the while we were told how the glorious Oil revenue would easily pay for expenses. Bush had a press conference today, and as expected he only took one question from each reporter with NO follow-up.......ugh.
  10. Of course not, but our resources were diverted in preperation for Iraq. Add to Bush's apathetic attitude towards the hunt for Bin Laden a year or so ago, until of course it was election time and both candidates had to beat their chests and talk about hunting down terrorists.
  11. Of course, we'll kindly ignore the blood of over 300,000 Iraqis who died between 1991-2003 because of Saddam abusing the Food-for-Oil program for all it was worth. Who is being apathetic here? Well we sure ignored the gassing when it took place, and no one seemed to give one shit about it, oh until it became a convenient talking point for the drum beating leading up to the war.
  12. or the fact that it left the area a disaster. Doesn't sound very appealing to foreign countries I am sure to know that America shall be testing new weapons in your country.
  13. Rumsfield & Ashcroft need to go: Ashcroft gave some big speech about how 9/11 changed us and how we need to concentrate on more important things and then promptly went after drug offenders. Rumsfield is in charge of the war and planning, and well, we all see the way that has gone.
  14. The eyes remind of Darth Maul's eyes.
  15. This just in. Vince fires himself and leaves the company to his goldfish.

  18. Anyone got MrRant's address?
  19. How about this...I do. I never said we should write into law that everyone has to love gay marriage. However, there are also people who think anal sex is disgusting. I am sure there are those that think premarital sex is disgusting etc etc etc......Of course they are allowed to think that way, and I can care less, however to outlaw those things would be ludicrous. There is a difference between, "eww I think that is gross" and "those guys CAN'T because I don't like it"
  20. I honestly feel that religion is the convenient front for people that are grossed out by homosexuality, but have no argument besides, "I don't want no faggot getting married in my neighborhood" I am sure there are people that truly believe their bible tells them that homosexuality is a sin yadda yadda yadda, however I think the amount of "pick and choosers" far outweight the honest to goodness folks. In other words I am talking about the "Christians on Sunday" type people, who pack in the church and play the part in order to be part of the group, yet the minute they leave church, anything goes.
  21. No, no it wouldn't. Stop trying to create moral relativity where there is none. BLAH BLAH BLAH SHARONISAWARCRIMINAL111!!! I don't want to hear it. Arafat is basically Bin Laden's rolemodel and along with Qaddafi (who has gotten soft in his old age and county's bankrupcy and isolation, ehem) is the father of modern terrorism. who said anything about moral relativity? I never said anyone were equals. Stop putting words in my mouth. All I am suggesting is that death to one scumbag deserves another.
  22. The footage of Ep3 was fantastic. I just wish half the trailer wasn't wasted on previous footage. Although the setup is understandable...... Let me sleep until May 19th.
  23. I think George Bush won this election because he was successful in convincing the South that Abortion and Gay Marriage were the important issues. His team of campaigners convinced the south that Kerry was out to BAN THE BIBLE, and that Adam & Steve would be living next door, conjuring up thoughts of molesting your kids if Kerry got into office. The question of course is, when Abortion isn't overturned or even touched, and the gay marriage issue now dissapears again, will the evangelicals abandon the republican party again in 2008? Kerry didn't help matters by not being decisive enough on his war stance. I still say the democrats were fucked from the getgo, when Dean was basically sabatoged, because a bunch of blowhards in Iowa didn't think he was "electable" so they backstabbed his momentum and voted Kerry because he seemingly appeared more "electable" I mean who knows, maybe Dean would have gotten his ass kicked worse in the national election, but for some reason I see Dean appealing to young voters, minority voters, and NEW voters, a lot more then Kerry.
  24. would be nice to see Sharon follow Arafat, to his own deathbed, soon.
  25. Now as long as any Bill Bennet(sp?) types are out of the running.
