Blockbuster just sent me a notice from collections about a late fee. LOL. The only reason I haven't paid it is because I haven't gone back yet. I mean seriously, imagine sending collections a check for a blockbuster late fee....

I think it is funny how guys like Flair & Piper were regularly being bashed, and rightfully so, as over the hill and worthless and spotlight hoggers in their last runs in WCW, yet over half the board now is pining for Piper and can't get enough of Flair. Leave Piper at home, and get Flair out of the ring....NOW.

Mortal Kombat 3 - After the brillance of Part 2.....Part 3 was merely decent. Any Wrestling game since WCW/NWO Revenge......none have lived up the gameplay of that one....... The Bouncer - it was fun but too damn short.

Oh and I don't hate "mainstream" music for the fact that it is "mainstream" hell, I loved the rap genre before about 1996. I dislike music on the radio these days simply because it is mundane, repatative, uncreative, and poorly written, and I think the wrong apsects of an artist are being focused in on these days in the mainstream market.

It is kind of depressing to see the MTV2 award totally shutout any and all videos that appear on Headbangers ball. Other then that, scanning quickly though the list it seems like almost every category features the same video nominees, which I guess makes sense since MTV has about a 10 music video rotation......Have the VMAs been watchable since 1994 anyway?

The one thing I don't understand is why some people feel the president should just be absolved of any responsibility for all of this. The intelligence was faulty yes, we can all agree on that, however still it was Bush that decided to go to war based on faulty intelligence, it was still his call in all of this all the while there was plenty of people in his own circle that seemed to heavily question and caution against the path he was taking from the beginning. And unless you think Richard Clarke is lying an every single one of his accounts, then it seems pretty clear that Bush was already convinced going to war with Iraq was the way to go, before any of intelligence reports started rolling in. If you read PNAC it pretty much re-iterates this sentiment and even states that america would have needed a modern day pearl harbor to set the wheels in motion. PNAC

I haven't watched Smackdown in a month or two, but it seems from Smackdown reports RVD is starting to get the crowd behind him again, which is nice considering there hasn't even been a sniff of a push to go along with it.......

Frankens interview with Hannity was far greater... Franken asked Hannity why he lied, stating that Dean said that Bush had prior knowledge about 9/11, and Hannity said "I misspoke... I misspoke" and then Franken would play the clip of him saying it, clearly NOT misspeaking... and then on his website he listed three or four other examples of Hannity stating this And O'Reilly spanked Moore pretty badly, but they both dodged each others crucial questions... the best part being Moore asking Bill if he would be willing to send his kids to Iraq based on a mistake and O'Reilly responded each time with "I would send myself" and Moore would say "no... that wasn't my question" and O'Reilly simply WOULDNT answer it... and as soon as it ended, cut to Bill shaking his head with a smile as if to say "oh boy we got 'em!" when in reality they both came across as blowhards Oh, and Obamas speech was amazing... it looks as if he got a better reaction that CLINTON... people were chanting his name and those that werent had this look of complete awe as if they knew then and there that they were watching the rise of a future president crazy stuff yeah I heard this on the replay after I got out of class. The only thing funnier then the interview was later that night on Hannity & Colmes where Hannity and his buddy Mike Gallagher were just sitting there patting themselves on the back basking in in the "we got him" "you are so intelligent, congrats" crap. Hahaha.

it is legal to own and sell them, it is only against the law to have them hooked up, and unless you personally let a cable man into your house, you aren't going to be seen with it hooked up.

maybe the Democrats just don't want to agree to a budget that calls for California to borrow another 15 billion dollars which will in turn put us further in debt and have the next generation pay for it. Rather, how about closing some tax loopholes and collect the money from the corporations that owe their fair share. But then again, that would be very un-republican of Arnie.

The gameplay is extremely different the madden and takes awhile to get used to after years of Madden Football, but once you get the hang of it, I think it is great.

The only good thing about the conventions thus far has been for talk radio fans, because a lot of the big names from both sides are all condensed into one building so you have everyone going on everyone's show to bitch, for example, Hannity was on Franken's show, the NAACP president was just on Larry Elder's show. Janeane Garafalo just had a showdown with Larry Elder on his show, and then he will be going on her show in about a half hour. It is just weird to hear some of these people on each other's show going to battle for their party lines....lol.

I am thinking that these online retailers didn't order very many copies for their own inventory and that might be why they are all already on back order. Even though there is an underground "cult" appreciation for this flick, NO WAY would it amount to it being sold out already..

I think I am going to try my luck with Frys friday first, since they are pretty good about getting new release horror flicks, and no one thinks to go to the big electronic stores like Frys for a flick like Zombi 2......I want this dvd badly.

I was about to pre-order Zombi 2 from www.amazon.com but then the screen right before I processed the order said the estimated ship date was August 27th - September 3rd......wtf!?! Was this just a glitch or something. I mean it is being released tomorrow.......anyone have any other RELIABLE sites to order from?

Well, the "European Version" is Dario Argento's recut, released theatrically in Europe under the title Zombi (inspiring, of course, Fulci's unofficial "sequel" Zombi 2 AKA Zombie, which streets tomorrow on two special edition DVDs in its own right). I haven't seen it so I can't give any specific differences, but according to the IMDb, it's "more action-oriented" with "less funny scenes". The "extended version" or whatever the hell they're calling it (disc 2) is probably the longer cut Romero submitted to Cannes, which Anchor Bay released on a single disc DVD a few years back, I think. And then there's those fucking German DVDs...it's so damned confusing. I just want Argento's version. I have the already released Zombie DVD(Zombi 2). However I am considering giving it away to my girlfriend's brother as a gift since he fell in love with it after seeing it for the first time a few weeks ago at a horror midnight showing. That way it will clear any excuses not to get the new release.
