It is very possible that Vince has been listening to the pops RVD has been getting not only on ECW's tapings, but this past week on RAW, and he felt it would be best to get RVD back into the Title situation ASAP. Crowd-heat wise, RVD is STILL above and beyond anyone else on the roster, as far as keeping his heat throughout the match and fans generally being behind him and anticipating him to win.

So when the Strip Poker things gets shown on the ECW rewind or whatever they call it on ecw.com, will it be unedited or will it stil censor the nudity?

As an A's fan, I guess the one positive I can take from the game is that the A's constantly had runners on and in scoring position all game long. Yes, I know they couldn't get them home, but contrast that with the Tigers offense which exploded for one inning and then for the most part died off for the rest of the game, and I would have to say that over a seven game series, the A's scoring problem is the more likely to get corrected. Aw.....what the hell do I know!?!

Nice that the A's can't get any baserunners across thus far after four innings(when I think they had runners in scoring position 3/4 innings), while the Tigers score 5 runs in one inning, in a bunch of different possibly ways.......*ugh* Is it just me, and I am probably not the first to think or say this, but the A's pitching staff is kind of like a sheep in wolves clothing. As a UNIT they are pretty good, but none of the parts as a single pitcher is elite when you compare one-on-one matchups to other great pitching staffs around the league. I mean look at the 2 of the Big three that are not on the A's anymore, on their own, Hudson and Mulder are merely "good" pitchers, hardly regarded like they were when they were part of "The Big Three" Also, Zito has never gotten back to his Cy Young form, not even close. Right now I'd say Harden is the only one that has "elite" stuff, even though I'd hardly call him an elite pitcher YET, just because he is too inconsistent and constantly injured. I guess the reason that rant came out, is because I am so tired of the A's pitching staff always being heralded as being great and this and that, only to always dissapoint in big games when they are going against other elite pitchers.

The 'Skins usually react well after laying eggs in the Meadowlands. Especially at home versus a medicore team. Shawn Springs might FINALLY be back this week which changes not only the options in the secondary, but allows Greg Williams to bring back the blitz packages that have been missing all season.... I guess it's time for someone to remind Bischoff that he stole the idea for nWo from Japan. Also, DX was not a group trying to "take over" they were just a product of the "Attitude Era" which if anything was more of an ECW-ripoff then a WCW ripoff...... Hell everything "different" about WCW in the mid to late 90's basically came from all the ECW workers they signed, from the Luchadores, to Raven and all of his faction, to the workrate bunch like Benoit/Jericho/Malenko etc...... Of course Bischoff was never smart enough to fuse all of them into the Main Event and just squeezed Hogan/Hall/Nash till they were so used up and overexposed that they headed the WCW ship under.

Question. Weren't "LLlllllleeeeeets get ready to Suck it" and "We got 2 words for ya: Suck it" from 2 different eras from DX? Cause it sounds kind of lame saying them one after the other.......essentially they are telling you to get ready to suck it, and if you aren't down with that, well suck it.

I don't blame pundits like Rush or Hannity. They are republican hacks who are supplied with Republican talking points before they go on the air. They are basically being paid to spin anything and everything, it's their job, and they will continually do it no matter how silly and/or stupid it makes them look, lets not forget they are NOT JOURNALISTS. To the contrary,what really dissapoints me is that they actually have regular ordinary everyday joe's calling into their shows AGREEING with their political BULLSHIT on this issue. I mean this instance is about as clear cut as it gets, yet there are still people buying into "It is actually the Democrats we have to blame" horseshit.

Jeremy Giambi was SAFE How can A's fans still think Giambi was safe? He was clearly out because he was a moron and didn't try to slide. The 2001 World Series DVD has a frame by frame replay of the play- he's obviously out Yeah I know, and I still to this day blame Giambi for not knowing baseball fundamentals. I am a bitter A's fan, so it is hard to take what I say to heart whenever playoff time comes around.

With the Redskins offense on a roll, and the Giants Defense definately being a dissapointment, I think the Redskins will come away with a win this week... Is it true Shockey might not play?
