They could do Rey vs Orton on the basis of Rey trying to protect the virtute of his best friends daughter. Feud ends with Rey turning heel after he realizes that Eddy tried to take his son away from him so he in turn will steal Eddy's daughter's virginity. Hilarious segments with Rey using a phonebook to compensate for his height follows.

Then on the behind-the-scenes features they can show Eddy's wife saying how grateful she is to Vince and the entire McMahon family for not only paying for Eddy's rehab but for skankin' up his daughter somethin' fierce.

Orton has enough sleaze in him that he could make that angle work well.

The difference between what you stated being that Randlemans suplex was 100% legal, the eye-poke clearly was not. Randy wasn't swinging for the fences because of the eye poke, watch the replay. He catches Chuck, who staggers back and Randy makes the mistake of rushing forward and missing a shot which gave Chuck the chance to throw the punch that ended it all. But don't worry, even if Chuck KO's him again you'll still be hearing about the eye-poke, at least as long as Tito Ortiz has a voicebox.

Macdonald/Imes was complete and utter ass. Bad fight with one of the worst submission endings I've seen in a while. Not bad as in "Hey, he got tapped, that sucks" but "Hey, it took him about 3 minutes to locke the triangle on, you're a fucking idiot for not getting out".

Do an angle where Rey begins to grow suspicious that Eddy's death was due to foul play and begins a Foley/Austin-esque investigation into who killed his friend Eddy. Bring in Marg Helgenberger in character as Catherine Willows and have Benoit play a grizzled, drunk, down-on-his-luck Private Investigator.

That's the thing, though. The "Eddie" chants will never fully die. It'll be like "What?". So long as there are morons who'll chant it then there will be the sheep who follow.
