  1. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=1753313 BULLSHIT...
  2. Updated. I say we wait until the upcoming to give a second team to a representative. I call the queue on the Falcons, if they end up not being chosen by a new poster.
  3. Why not be in the cruiserwieght open? Him and Hurricane could represent Raw. Well, they haven't ruled that out yet - I think it was obvious that this would happen, once Hurricane lost his Mania spot last week on RAW.
  4. What a game...
  5. In what capacity does Matt deserve a spot on the card? Should he wrestle himself? On the other hand, it'd be bullshit if London couldn't get into the Cruiserweight open (and he could make the show, depending on next Thursday's show).
  6. Trying to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of doing this... Positives --More merchandising opportunities. --Midcard workers get bigger spotlight. Negatives --More of a strain on the production team. --VERY muddled schedules for workers, who would still work Smackdown and RAW house shows, right? --PPV payoffs too far and between? --If the WWE tries to distance ECW from the other brands, with no advertisements or buildup between them, will fans really remember to tune in? --Will brand's champion(s) (if any) be taken seriously along with the other brand's champions?
  7. Conflicting reports on ESPN have Donahue accepting the trade... and Donahue rejecting the trade...
  8. But you're offending the other team's management when you're offering deals like THAT. It was common knowledge around the league (according to ESPN) that the 49ers were seeking a first or second-rounder for Owens, with hopes of additional compensation (Thrash).
  9. The most the Eagles wanted to give up for Owens was a fifth-rounder and JAMES THRASH. That's a horrible deal for the 49ers then and the Ravens now.
  10. Nah, it's more likely that Angle is worried about his card placement post-Mania.
  11. *BUMP*. Nationwide release was today, went out to see it tonight. I'd put this movie above Zoolander and Old School, but that's a bit biased because I couldn't sit through OS the first time I watched it. In my mind, Snoop was the highlight of the film. I'd give it a strong ***1/2 out of five. Seconded.
  12. Done. Click on a title, and you will be redirected to a match listing (courtesy of Highspots.com).
  13. About a full year ago... Day 1: Woke up before school, at approximately 6:30 a.m. Day 2: Went to sleep directly after school - that would be 2:30 p.m. Total: 32 hours. EDIT: I'm 100% sure I could DESTROY that now.
  14. There's a good chance the banners are still cached on your computer - if this topic was brought up even a few weeks ago(before I wiped my computer for the first time), I would've produced most of them, including yours.
  15. Considering two weeks ago, they were getting NOTHING in return for his departure... John Clayton's thoughts on this...
  16. And even more boring for the poor sap that took them in the mock draft that we are doing. Marvin is free to pick a new team...
  17. I'd expect the WWE to bring in Heenan and another commentator (Ventura?) to make a three-man booth for both brands, even if it's for a match or two.
  18. EDIT: Read my latest post.
  19. Another note - Salary cap status of every NFL team...
  20. No - a recap will air on the pay-per-view, though.
  21. If I'm missing anyone, feel free to post any corrections.
  22. ::realizes that Rudo uses underscores:: Why not use italics next time?
  23. It was announced as such on the Wrestlemania XX marquee screen, when Ross and Lawler previewed the show.
  24. Kiper says it's either a QB (Manning or Roethlisberger) or a trade down to the double digits for the Chargers - it's just a matter of deciding whether Brees is their "quarterback of the future" or not.
  25. Well, there was a time where he had the ability to "contribute" to the show, whether he was a worker or just a on-screen personality. Unfortunately, we're not in 2001 anymore.
