  2. I have a feeling I'll have a rooting interest for the Marlins in the next few years. Just not this year.
  3. Only bright spot of Marlins/Yankees... Pudge has the chance to get a ring. ... ... ... Seriously...that's it.
  4. Edge/Angle was where Edge got hurt. In the storyline, Edge had to forfeit his KOTR match-up with Jericho a week later due to the injury, which caused him to go ballistic on Edge, putting him on the shelf for a "few more" weeks. When Edge came back, they signed a cage match between he and Jericho, which Edge won. The Unamericans interfered on Jericho's behalf, but Rey and Cena came in for the save (which sent the Unamericans and Jericho to RAW the following Monday).
  5. No offense to Mik (you remained a fan for a long time), but NO ONE wants to see the fucking Marlins in the World Series. If it ends up as a Yankees/Marlins World Series, I'm not watching any baseball until the 2004 season starts.
  6. Wood's gone after 5 2/3 innings.
  7. Runners at the corners.
  8. Damn. Nice catch. EDIT: Cabrera makes another good catch.
  9. VHS will have the first list of matches, but they'll ALL be clipped. DVD version will have the same VHS version with clipped matches. As for the extras, the 5 matches listed, as well as the six from the FIRST list with a "*" next to them.
  10. Check out the six from the first list, that have a * next to them. Those are also being shown in their entirety.
  11. And all 11 matches are finalized. God, I can't wait.
  12. Of those? Madden 2004 ... or Smackdown. Since I already own Madden 2K4, it'd be HCTP for me (with True Crime right behind it.)
  13. To explain TWGTT's absence, it could be to just leave them off the show altogether, UNTIL Eddie is finished with his feud with the Big Show. You know, hype a return feud between Los Guerreros. Anyone notice that while a few online sources have confirmed Eddie v. Brock for the WWE title at Survivor Series, Eddie holds 2 of the 3 other titles Smackdown has to offer? Either Eddie will have to pull double duty in Dallas, or he's gearing towards losing his U.S. title (possibly to Big Show) or tag titles (which would fuel Chavo's heel turn) VERY soon.
  14. They haven't done that before. Although, it could be a bonus for those who purchase it on VHS.
  15. Alright, then... --Hulk Still Rules came out a month before Rock's SE DVD was released. --Triple H's "The Game" DVD came out approximately at the same time as the nWo DVD. --Hard Knocks & Cheap Pops and Leap of Faith were released a month apart. --619 came out a month before the HBK release. Other than that, they've released profile DVDs sometimes two and three months apart.
  16. Of course, it was HHH's convincing of Vince to remain heel and upstage Austin.
  17. Please....PLEASE have one of the easter eggs be the Greensboro promo from 1998. If WWEHV puts that on there, I'll pass out from excitement.
  18. Of course not. I didn't say that it was okay to do it; I DO understand where they were going with it, no matter how bad it was. It'll end with Austin leaving. That won't make Jericho look better? It's the WWE writing team. They book the way they feel will draw interest to the feud, no matter how half-assed it's done. They have...many times before. --Dudleys putting women through tables. --Jericho "breaking" Chyna's hand. --Tori being chokeslammed by Kane. --Victoria being powerbombed through a table by the Goodfather. --Mae Young (1.) Angle-slammed by Kurt, while "pregnant" (2.) Chokeslammed by Big Show (3.) Pump-handle slammed by Test. (4.) Power-bombed off stage by Bubba (5.) Etc. --Austin stunning Molly and Stephanie. --Austin chairing the shit out of Lita. --3MW going after the HLA girls. Austin v. Jericho is an angle, not a PPV match. It's leading towards something else (though I doubt the WWE has planned that far ahead), that'll involve a new feud for Jericho, with Austin moving to Smackdown.
  19. Well....... I watched the That Damn Good DVD, which was made months after the name change. I saw HHH vs. Cactus Jack at the 2000 Royal Rumble and the WWF logos weren't blurred out. Hmmm........ It was RELEASED after the logo-change. It was PRODUCED a month before the settlement, so they were still legally in the right to use the WWF footage. In post-production, they slapped on the new "WWE" logo and shipped it out.
  20. The stunner on Stacy was used to further Jericho's save of Trish later in the show, just to "show up" Austin. That was basically what the entire segment was built around.
  21. Sure it can. It only lasted for a few seconds. They can blur some shit out. Beer Truck: Has been shown on TV since. The blacked out the logo at the ramp and blurred the ring and belt. Probably the only match that went on for any length of time was his Armageddon match vs HHH, and much of that went backstage. They'd have to clip it. =/ Isn't the point of requesting extras, the fact that you want them unclipped? Anything in the Attitude era CAN be shown, but it'd have to ferociously clipped. Sometime after Wrestlemania 14. To muddle an exact point, before the settlement, WWEHV released XIV (in the "Big Five" VHS set) and the Unforgiven DVD as a "scratch-logo" release.
  22. I wouldn't but a KA DVD if it mainly focused on the SD 6- Era Kurt. I want to see his early stuff, back before the WWE decided to castrate Kurt, turn him into a bald, boring, lifeless automaton, and exile him into the gutter that is Smackdown permenantly... ...which is not possible in the least. Can't be shown. Can't be shown. Can't be shown. Can't be shown. IMO, his best match was against Shane at X-7, or Flair at Rumble 2002.
  23. They can use Attitude-era footage with the blurring enacted, but the amount of time it'd take to blur out a full-match extra on a DVD would be painstaking (cameramen, turnbuckles, referee patch, ringmats). Instead, they'll clip matches (mostly using different camera angles) to mask every logo they can. I'm thinking the profits wouldn't be strong enough to warrant a US/Canada-only release. Overseas makes up a large amount of their merchandising fanbase.
  24. It's possible...but it'll have to be a clipjob. -Royal Rumble 2000 coincided with the release of Hard Knocks & Cheap Pops AND Wrestlemania X-7. -Summerslam 2001 came out with the Hardys DVD. -Rebellion 2001 came out with the Survivor Series 2001 DVD AND Vengeance 2001. -Summerslam 2002 came out with the Global Warning DVD. -Rebellion 2002 came out with the Confidential DVD & the Survivor Series 2002 DVD. -XIX came out with the Mysterio DVD. ...that's all I can think of.
  25. Man, I really have to get off my ass and post quicker. I was almost done, Bored!
