what do you guys think about these guys?

they've only been with the WWE for awhile now but they've been improving quite a bit through each match.

i especially like charlie haas, both guys are pretty equal but i like charlie haas' moveset better. the exploder suplex and the haas of pain are awesome moves. i'd like to see the two eventually start hating each other leading the two to break up and fued so they can become singles wrestlers. i'd like to see haas turn face and benjamin remain heel. i think the two will only get better down the line and will eventually start main-eventing as singles wrestlers in the future.

:gas:

I'm a big mark for both guys. I agree that Haas has the slightly better moveset, but Benjamin does more of the little things and mannerisms right and looks like a star out there. They have to split up eventually, but they should remain a tag team for at least 5-6 more months. They are the only really good pure tag team in WWE right now. I especially like the fact that they use many real double team moves, which seemed to be a thing of the past in WWE tag wrestling for a long time. I love the Superkick/German Suplex and the Leapfrog Choke.

I really hope they NEVER split up. Just to shake up the norm. Is it really too difficult to imagine the two of them not hating each other eventually? I hate that every team ever has HAD to break up. It's so cliche it's sickening.

I think they are probably the best thing to come out of OVW, also I think that Benjamin might be the next breakout star.....

They're a great tag team, but I think America's Most Wanted is still a superior team.

WGTT is truly amazing. I personally prefer Benjamin over Haas, but I still like both of them a lot. I don't get why Cole and Tazz have to question their WGTT-ness. I mean, when you're the World Tag-Team Champions, doesn't that make you the World's Greatest Tag-Team? I know it's to give them heat, but it's ghey.

They are the best REAL Tag Team to come around the WWE in ages. They constantly work a great match and their style is on par with the best on the roster. They are and will be a strong presense to the WWE for years to come.

They're too bland to be singles, so they work well as a team.

Hells no. While I don't think Haas could ever reach past upper-midcard level, IMO Benjamin has *it* and could easily be main eventing soon enough if the team was broken up and he was given a good gimmick. The guy has hung with Benoit and Guerrero better then almost all the new guys and if that isn't a test I don't know what is.

I meant they can't talk. Neither are good on the mic. That's why I like the whole no bs, just wrestle thing they have.

Yeah, I agree. They arent absolutely horrible on the mic. They aren't oozing with charmisa, but yet again, they ARE passable. Nothing that makes them stick out as being the shits, and takes away from their overall reputation.

I think its a good idea to keep them a little dry right now ... otherwise the talk of who is going to end up Marty Jannetty kicks it into overdrive.

Did any one see their vignette with APA? Benjamin played it totally straight while Haas was just being an obnoxious dick, it was hilarius.

Bradshaw: Hey, have a drink

Benjamin:(madly)We don't drink.

Haas:(quietly) I do.

I cant transcribe it all, but it was the best APA segment in a long time.

Benjamin= future Benoit(natural babyface)

Haas= future Angle( he has *it* to be a cocky dickish heel)

These guys show too much potential as a legendary tag team to split them up at this juncture. They should remain a team for at least another 8-10 months, if not a whole year, to solidify their position in the Tag Division history.

That'd be great--maybe they'll split up eventually, but it would be nice to see them stay together a long time.

I'm glad to see that not everything favors Benjamin completely--hell, some went even so far as to say Haas sucks. ;)

Some nights Benjamin impresses me, then some nights Haas does even more. I'm shocked at how good they are for two guys who came out of OVW. I'd even go as far as to say that as far as in-ring skill, they're far better than Angle was when he debuted.

I kind of think of them as a modern-style tag team version of Bret Hart. Despite much of the silliness around them, they have a no-nonsense, legit air about them. Bret Hart's mic skills sucked at the start, but eventually he got pretty good on the stick. I can picture them doing much the same schtick, with the "World's Greatest" tag team moniker and their NCAA champion credentials backing them up (question--is it Haas and Benjamin both, or just Benjamin with that distinction?).

Even if something should cause them to break up, one of them might fill the same role Bret Hart filled back in the day. As much as Anglesault would love for Angle to do it--it IS NOT HAPPENING! Angle sucks as a serious face and he himself would rather do the semi-dorky goofball character than be serious. However, I could see one of them eventually making it work for them.

Angle has turned himself into a legitimate and strong face since winning his most recent World Title (his fourth). Not to mention he made Brock Lesnar tap at the second biggest event of the year (after returning from surgery only two months earlier). This title run (so far) is showing Angle as a legendary champion. If he makes Undertaker tap in their match, then his status will definitely be solidified.

But I agree, Haas and Benjamin should not split up. It's too cliche today that after six months to a year, a tag team breaks up and they start feuding or they just go their separate ways.

Even if they do end up breaking up, it would be nice to see them remain "friends" and support each other and NEVER become enemies. Not everyone turns on their friends, it's an outdated wrestling concept. (btw, I was supremely disappointed when Hall and Nash broke up in wcw, just a terrible idea all around)

Absolutely. I just don't see where people say that one is better than the other. IMO they both have off and on nights, and when they are both on they are an awesome team to watch (have yet to see them both have an off night on the same night)

Well, I'll admit that for once he's being booked very strong, but his interviews sometimes really irk me, since he comes off as such a goofball.

6 months is practically an eternity--few WWE teams last that long, even.

Well, one thing that sticks in my mind is when Benoit wrestled them both in one night. Haas mainly went for a psychological match, working the shoulder with various holds. He wasn't experienced enough to keep the match flowing fast enough that the fans wouldn't get bored--since too many holds tend to kill crowds. However, in my opinion it was a superior match to the one Benjamin had with Benoit. Benjamin's was shorter and more fast-paced, but seemed to have little direction and looked kinda rushed. I think Benjamin's came after, and the lack of focus on the shoulder seemed rather bizaare since it was a ready-made story to be added on in the match, against an opponent able to work with it offensively as well (unless I'm wrong and it was in the opposite order).
