Guest wrestlingbs Report post Posted September 16, 2003 With the final Raw before Unforgiven over, and me wanting to bitch and moan about how much it's gonna suck, here's my predictions for Unforgiven: Lita and Trish vs. Molly and Gail Kim Buildup: After Gail failed to hold on to the women's title, she blamed Trish for some reason. She hooked up with a new and meaner Molly Holly in order to take Trish down. They failed to consider, however, that somebody would actually care, and Lita came to help her injured friend. Analysis: This is your typical Raw hour one match. Three of these women are notorious good workers, so it could be decent. Prediction: Lita picks up her first win back. Steiner vs. Test Buildup: Welcome to the horror that is Test vs. Steiner: The feud that won't die. Steiner wants to set Stacy free, but if he loses it will cost him. Test wants to have sex with him. Or something to that effect. Analysis: Test has impproved as a heel, but come on. If this match didn't work the first couple of times, why keep going with it? Expect a screwjob ending to a boring match no matter who wins. Prediction: Steiner mercy kills the feud and avoids potential BUTT sex. La Resistance and Conway vs. All the Dudleys Buildup: After keeping the titles at SS, La Resistance continues to be a thorn in the Dudleys' sides. Analysis: Expect it to be exactly the same as the countless other table matches the Dudleys have had. In other words... Prediction: ...the Dudleys lose. La Resistance wins. Christian vs. Jericho vs. RVD Buildup: Both Christian and Jericho both correctly pointed out the fact that Austin is selfish, drunk with power, and boring ever since he returned. Ok, I made the last one. Austin rewarded them with an IC title defense, with RVD thrown in because his last name isn't Mcmahon. Analysis: Christian hasn't had a blow away match since winning the title, but the other two guys are more than capable of making a good match. The could be Christian's time to shine. Prediction: Christian gets a win somehow. JR and King vs. Coach and Al Snow Buildup: Coach hates JR because he took his place at the annouce table. Whoever wins keeps it. Analysis: Two of these wrestlers are semi-retired. The other two aren't even wrestlers. Hopefully it will be short. Prediction: Eric Bischoff helps his buds Snow and Coach win. But Austin makes sure they don't last the next Raw. HBK vs. Orton Buildup: HHH will do anything to make sure Orton gets over, including sacrificing his old Christian buddy. HHH: Go with God, uh. Analysis: This could actually be good. While I'm not crazy about Orton, this fresh match between two guys who know how to wrestle could surprise a few people. prediction: Randy slays Micheals in the ring. Kane vs. Shane Mcmahon Buildup: For all logical purposes, this should have been RVD's feud. But for some suspicious reason it quickly changed to a Mcmahon Saga. Can the underdog Kane defeat the inhuman monster Shane Mcmahon? Analysis: At least Shane knows how to bump, which is all this match will be. Prediction: Kane somehow, somehow, beats Shane. Goldberg vs. HHH Buildup: If you think this one's easy to call, remember it was only a month ago HHH was guarenteed to finally lose the belt. Goldberg now wants payback for his loss and all those mean things Hunter said years ago. Analysis: HHH is crippled with a groin injury. Goldberg has a habit of creating injuries. Decent at best. PredictionGoldberg proves with WWE hype that you should believe the hype. Thoughts? Predictions? Jokes?
Cuban Linx 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Lita and Trish vs. Molly and Gail Kim -> It makes sense for Lita to score the win, though i shudder at the botched spots we'll see with both Lita and Gail Kim in there. Steiner vs. Test -> Test wins, and the feud goes on, and on, and on and on and on and on and on... La Resistance and Conway vs. All the Dudleys -> Will La Resistance kill Spike with another botched spot? That's about the only remotely interesting thing in this match, Frenchies and Conway probably win again to keep this feud going. Christian vs. Jericho vs. RVD -> Pretty much the only match that doesn't look like crap, but i still don't particularly care. Christian probably retains. JR and King vs. Coach and Al Snow -> No one gives a shit, probably JR and King though i could give a rats ass either way. HBK vs. Orton -> Orton to continue his push, though i doubt HBK will go down totally clean. Kane vs. Shane Mcmahon -> Surely Kane will win, but the match will be booked to make Shane look like superman once again. Goldberg vs. HHH -> Goldberg gets a transitional title reign with a far from clean win.

Karc 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 I think Molly and Gail Kim should win the tag match, but they won't. Certainly it could give the four women something to work with in the next two months. A little tension in the ranks, so to speak, leading up to a no-holds-barred fatal four way elimination at SS. It may sound lame, but it should miles better than anything RAW has done for the women since the freakin' Chicago Street Fight in January. I could give a rat's ass about Steiner and Test. But WWE might actually spend the next two months pathetically trying to "define" what Steiner's services entail. Giving it to Test. No tag titles on the line, so the Dudleys will lose. But it's a tables match, so they might win. Right.... They will probably win the titles sometime before SS. It doesn't matter. Spike is dead. RVD will probably win the title, but Christian will feud with him for the next months anyway. Once again, Jericho is left out, but at least he'll have a kid to go home to, and he won't have to go to the bachelor party for The Lame. Snow and Coach aren't good enough, so this SE segment probably goes to JR and King. It's not about who the better announce team is on RAW since they both suck, it's about McMahon screwing Bischoff. And that means Coach and Snow lose. HBK will carry Orton to a decent match. I think Maven screws Micheals here. Then Triple H leaves, and Flair lets Orton run the show. Yeah, sounds good, if I actually gave a damn. Kane will destroy Shane McMahon. If he doesn't, I will never have any respect for him again, mark my words. Angle wasn't as good as he is now when he fought Shane in 2001. Show was a jobber when he fought Shane. Seriously, I thought Kane was getting another World Title shot because of this monster change. Instead, he only going to be honored by Wrestlecrap. Triple H got out of Summerslam with the gold when most said he wouldn't.... It doesn't matter who wins this shitter of a main event. boobshaw 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Lita/Trish vs. Molly/Gail - Knowing the WWE's booking, they will have Lita/Trish win. I would enjoy seeing Lita turn heel on Trish citing (on Raw the following night) that "Molly and Gail convinced me that Trish IS bad for the Women's division and my shot at the gold" and either play it out with them "eliminating" Trish for a while having Lita turn back to win the title a lead to Trish returning and fueding with Lita (what a long sentence). Or, after Lita turns on Trish, Jazz comes back to get her revenge on Gail for winning the title in the battle royal, and because she is met with the Lita/Molly/Gail tandum, Jazz is forced to reluctantly team with Trish to take them out.... wow, try to digest THAT one! Steiner vs. Test - I am almost POSITIVE that they will have Test get the victory to continue the fued because I am sure the writers have a) some HILARIOUS (/sarcasm) bits planned with Steiner as Test's bitch, and b) they can't think of anything better to do with Steiner and Test. Frenchies vs. Dudleys - I think that with Sylvian's injury and with the already plodding length of this fued, that the Dudleys are going to get the belts. And actually, I think that they are actually in line to fued with Mark Henry and Rodney Mack, hence JR saying on Raw, "Look out for this team of the Worlds Strongest Man and Rodney Mack. They are on the rise." Perhaps JR was planting the seeds. Christian vs. RVD vs. Jericho - I think that the WWE is going to keep the belt on Christian so that whenever the T man returns in October, Booker can gain his belt back from Christian. Plus, this will give RVD someone to fued with for the weeks until Booker gets back (as Jericho will probably move on to a brief title program with Goldberg, sharing him with kane, or some random matchups with RVD). JR/King vs. Coach/Al Snow - I agree with wrestlingbs when he says that Snow and Coach will win but Austin will do something to prevent them from doing the announcing on Raw. Kane vs. Shane McMahon - There is only one thing that should happen in this match: Kane should PLOW through Shane-o. Shane should get off Raw after this match and Kane should head towards a title shot against Goldberg (with Trips apparently out after Unforgiven with his injury/movie/whatever, what other heel could they throw up there for a while?) Goldberg vs. HHH - Triple H will announce during the match to the ref to tell Vince in the back that his groin is fine. He will change the finish mid-match and put himself over Goldberg. Goldberg will go to Smackdown and HHH will fued with Orton. Or Goldberg will win in a match that will probably go way too long. That's my predictions. Straight from the horseface's mouth. Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Lita and Trish vs. Molly and Gail Kim ((snip)) Analysis: This is your typical Raw hour one match. Three of these women are notorious good workers, so it could be decent. Huh? I'd maybe go as far as 1.5 (Molly, and sometimes Trish), but 3 are notorious good workers? The Dudley Boyz Winners: The Dudley Boyz because they can't win the titles. Spike probably hits the Acid Drop through a table. Christian © Vs. Chris Jericho Vs. Rob Van Dam Winner: I guess Christian. jester 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Lita and Trish vs. Molly and Gail Kim Prediction: I think they'll give Molly/Kim so they can get a feud started with Lita. I like Trish, but they need another face in that division to take the spotlight for awhile. Steiner vs. Test Prediction: I think Steiner can get over without Stacy, but Test can't. Also, future story threads can be made for this never-ending feud if Test wins. So...Testicles. La Resistance and Conway vs. All the Dudleys Prediction: I will be bored. The only question is if Spike comes out of the match dead or paralyzed. Christian vs. Jericho vs. RVD Toss-up. The problem with this belt is that no matter who wins, they could easily yank it off them the next night on Raw. Ehhhh.... Christian or Jericho. JR and King vs. Coach and Al Snow Please let it be Coach and Snow. JR and King can down to Heat and practice until commentary until they remember how to do it again. HBK vs. Orton If they are actually going to run with Orton, he needs the win here. This Legend Killer gimmick ain't going to work if he doesn't kill a legend. I think the match will be decent, but I doubt anyone will give a shit about Orton anyway. Kane vs. Shane Mcmahon Probably Kane, but never underestimate this company's willingness to jack off a McMahon, or its willingness to shoot itself in the foot. I would still give the outside chance to Shane. Goldberg vs. HHH Goldberg. By the way, we will know if WWE has finally reached WCW levels of out of control politics and selfish booking if Goldberg gets the belt without pinning HHH. Remember, the match stips say HHH could lose on a DQ. I wonder if HHH will be "kept strong" for this exciting new movie or whatever excuse they use this time... evilhomer 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Lita and Trish vs. Molly and Gail Kim Lita pins Molly Steiner vs. Test If Test wins, Steiner becomes his bitch, and this horrible fued continues. If Steiner wins, we get part 3 of Test wants Stacy back and this horrible fued continues. In this lose-lose situation, I'll guess they'll go with Test winning via screwjob only because of the "putting the much-beloved face in embarrasing situations" aspect that they love to write up. La Resistance and Conway vs. All the Dudleys La Resistance wins (after each one of them is put through a table yet the ref didn't see it). Christian vs. Jericho vs. RVD Christian wins because a loss at this point would kill his character and the IC title in one fell swoop JR and King vs. Coach and Al Snow I really couldn't care less HBK vs. Orton Orton with help from Flair Kane vs. Shane Mcmahon Shane hits all his big spots and looks to have the match won with the flying elbow or the Van Terminator, but the inhuman monster can't be hurt and gets the win. Goldberg vs. HHH I can't shake the feeling that HHH is still going over here. But there will be some screwing finish that allows Austin to come out the next night on Raw and reinstate Goldberg and he goes on to win the title then. Guest Plushy Al Logan Report post Posted September 16, 2003 My picks: Lita/Trish Test fucks Steiner in the ring. They team up and become the new APA/Billy & Chuck, Stacy leaves this angle due to the lack of attention she is recieving from both men. The Frenchies Christian Jim Hoss/Dirty Old Man Orton gets a massive push Kane. The next night Kane cuts a promo saying that he now has alot of respect for the the boy, and that he is the toughest opponent that he has ever faced, he invites Shane out for a handshake. Kane kills him, feud continues, maybe Stacy will get involved. Goldberg
Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted September 16, 2003 WILTSH- What I’d Like To See Happen WITWH- What I Think Will Happen Trish Stratus & Lita vs. Molly Holly & Gail Kim WILTSH: A good match which surprises most people. WITWH: Trish and Lita win when Lita pins Gail. Scott Steiner vs. Test WILTSH: A match that’s quick and painless. WITWH: Stacy costs Steiner the match. La Resistance vs. The Dudley Boyz WILTSH: This feud come to a quick and merciful end. WITWH: Dudleyz win. Christian vs. Chris Jericho vs. Rob Van Dam WILTSH: A good match that lasts 15-20 minutes. WITWH: Christian retains in a match that lasts under 10 minutes. J.R. & Jerry Lawler vs. Al Snow & Coach WILTSH: This match not take place. WITWH: Snow and Coach win, but don’t become the announcers for Raw. Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels WILTSH: Flair takes Orton’s place and puts on a ****-***** match with HBK. WITWH: HBK wins the match, since Orton winning would make sense (storyline-wise). Kane vs. Shane McMahon WILTSH: Kane absolutely destroys Shane. WITWH: Shane is booked to look strong in a loss to Kane. Triple H vs. Goldberg WILTSH: HHH pins Goldberg cleanly. Bye-bye Goldberg. WITWH: Goldberg wins the title, HHH regains it at Survivor Series. Kahran Ramsus 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Lita & Trish vs. Molly & Kim It would make sense to put the returning Lita over, but knowing Vince they will job her right out of the gate ruining any momentum off of her return. 50% of the wrestlers here are terrible, so I don't expect much. WINNERS: Molly & Kim Scott Steiner vs. Test I'm convinced this feud will last for all eternity. Therefore Test wins and has sex with Steiner live on RAW. WINNER: Test La Resistance vs. Dudleys Another endless push for heatless wonders. The titles aren't up for grabs here, so expect the Dudleys to win and blow-off the feud while La Resistance moves on to Hurricane & Rosey. WINNERS: Dudleys Christian vs. Chris Jericho vs. RVD What better way to keep RVD in the midcard than to give him the most worthless singles title in the promotion. Best match on the card by a long shot, but even *** is pushing it. WINNER: Rob Van Dam JR & Lawler vs. Coach & Snow This reminds me of Zbysko/Bischoff feud from 1997. I expect the faces to win, but even if they lose it will be two weeks before people get sick of Coach and McMahon sticks Lawler & JR back in the role. WINNERS: JR & Lawler Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels A foregone conclusion. Orton will hold the World Title by the end of the year. WINNER: Randy Orton Kane vs. Shane Shane takes his big bump and disappears for 8 months. WINNER: Kane Goldberg vs. HHH When in doubt pick HHH. Goldberg is rapidly pissing off management and here is an oppurtunity to get rid of him. He's gone. WINNER: HHH

AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2003 (edited) Predictions--Suck, suck, suck, decent, suck, suck, suck, suck. Okay now that the match quality has been predicted... Lita and Trish vs. Molly and Gail Kim Lita picks up the pinfall, then feuds with Gail over who can thuck dith betther. Steiner vs. Test Steiner valiantly fights to preserve his BUTT hymen, but we get a DQ to keep this epic feud going, and afterwards Test hits him with the Hump Handle Slam anyway. La Resistance and Conway vs. All the Dudleys Grenier gets injured in the match to allow the Duds to win The Mullets show up for Whazzup Headbutts to La Resistance, but get 3Ded six times to make the Dudleys more over than ever. Christian vs. Jericho vs. RVD A possibly great match turns out "eh"--take your pick why: a) Lack of motivation b) WWE style c) the knowledge all the winner will get is a "soon get the privilege of jobbing to HHH" card and a useless hunk of tin. Christian retains. JR and King vs. Coach and Al Snow JR and King win, Oklahoma and that King guy from Ready to Rumble hospitalize them with BBQ bottles to the head and a four post rampage with help from Snow and Coach! HBK vs. Orton Orton wins--who gives a fuck? Michaels fails to drag a good match out of Randy. Kane vs. Shane Mcmahon Kane wins NARROWLY. Goldberg vs. HHH HHH. Guest Coffey Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Three of these women are notorious good workers, so it could be decent. Well, this sentence pretty much explains your username I guess...because that's bullshit. Guest TheAnvil Report post Posted September 16, 2003 Lita & Trish Stratus Vs. Gail Kim & Molly Holly Maybe they'll be more suicide plancha's in this match. Unfortunately, there is only one good worker in this match, and I doubt she can save it. At least it'll be only the second worst match on the card. Scott Steiner Vs. Test Test gets a lot more reaction when he's got Stacey against her will. I don't think Stacey will turn, as much as Test will cheat to win. Table Match La Résistance & Rob Conway Vs. The Dudley Boyz & Spike I hate to go against the Dudleys in a table match, but I just feel it'll be better for all involved if the green jobbers win, so they keep the heat. Otherwise, they'll just be green jobbers. Plus Rob Conway rules. Intercontinental Championship Christian © Vs. Chris Jericho Vs. Rob Van Dam I think Christian will retain. They need Christian to do something with the belt. I hope to God RVD doesn't win it. He gets dominated by Kane, and then wins the IC title? How good does that make the IC Belt look? If Christian doesn't retain, hopefully Jericho will get the W. Jerry Lawler & Jim Ross Vs. The Coach & Al Snow PLEASE GOD...I DON'T ASK FOR MUCH. Shawn Michaels Vs. Randy Orton HHH has talked about how Evolution is his way of getting Orton over, so I imagine HBK has to help a brother out. If Orton jobs, it's the dumbest build ever. Last Man Standing Kane Vs. Shane McMahon I don't doubt that McMahon will win, but he shouldn't. There is no way Shane should win after the "monster" build that Kane got. But, this is the WWE, you never know. World Heavyweight Championship Triple H © Vs. Goldberg Honestly, what's so bad about Goldberg? Just keep him away from mics. HHH will probably retire him. Why do we doubt? Trish had a *** match with Steph of all people. Molly has put on her share of good women's matches. I think the only problem people have here is Lita. who hasn't been good at all for years. Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted September 17, 2003 Lita and Trish vs. Molly and Gail Kim I would actually have to go with Lita and Trish, setting up a Women's title shot for Lita. Steiner vs. Test WOW, I REALLY hate this match. Why they are having it is totally beyond me. But I am going with Test on this one. Lesser of two evils, I guess. La Resistance and Conway vs. All the Dudleys Just like the WWE this feud is stale and boring. Just to go with the swing of things, La Resistance/Conway gets the nod. Christian vs. Jericho vs. RVD Finally a match that I wanna watch. This one should be interesing if it is given the time needed for all three to do their thing. I am going to go with RVD in this one as Jericho is TOO big for IC gold and I think the WWE realizes that Christian is NOT the best choice to be the Intercontanental Champion. JR and King vs. Coach and Al Snow Why the WWE constantly put bullshit like this on PPV is totally beyond me. I don't give a good goddamn who wins, and I really doubt anyone else does either. I will go with Coach and Al Snow just because otherwise this feud has no point. HBK vs. Orton I smell a screwjob ending in this one. Honestly though I really doubt HBK is gonna put over Orton, but who knows. I bet they could possibly have Orton lose because of Flair's incidental interference leading up to Orton starting his own group. Kane vs. Shane Mcmahon I hate this match also. Another match with another McMahon, who really cares anymore? McMahon's usually always go over somehow, but this time I can see Kane winning only to make Shane look like gold in the end........somehow. Goldberg vs. HHH It's not like I enjoy either of their matches, let me first make that clear. But this should be simple, HHH loses. If not, RAW will be worse off than it already is and Goldberg will be ruined........but for good this time.(gimmick wise, he already sucks)
