Jobber of the Week Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 He was a writer on the Raw video game? No wonder it sucks so bad. IMDB is so bogus it once said that Howard Finkel was married to Steph with three kids. I'm sure if you dig deep enough you'll find a claim that Patrick Stewart will play Jean-Luc Picard on "Enterprise"
Lightning Flik Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Big Wolf On Campus? Hmph... Go figure.
2GOLD Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Wow..... Just.....wow I wish I could really stink as a writer and can still get a high paying job as one.
Adam Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 'Jenny'? I wondered why that show sucked.
BoboBrazil Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Alot of this is wrong. I don't even think he was with WWF until 2000. I know for sure he wasn't there in 1997 or 1998.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Alot of this is wrong. I don't even think he was with WWF until 2000. I know for sure he wasn't there in 1997 or 1998. IMDB always does that. They mean that RAW IS WAR started in 97 not Gerwitz. It was Monday Night Raw up until then.
Mecha Mummy Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Big Wolf On Campus? Hmph... Go figure. Hey, I LIKED that show. The horror movie running gag never failed to make me laugh.
Papacita Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Oh God...he wrote Claude's Crib. I fucking hated that show.
Spaceman Spiff Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Nothing to add, except it's "Gewirtz," not "Gerwitz."
J. Hungerford Smith Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 I'm pretty sure Gerwitz is correct.
Guest RollingSambos Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Here is Dave Langana's even more amazing resume: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1329519/ Guess he must have sucked some major dick at Titan Tower.
rising up out of the back seat-nuh Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 I didn't know Pat Patterson's real name was Pierre or Stevie Richards was Mike...
BoboBrazil Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 They got his name wrong. It is Dave Lagana and it doesn't list that he worked on friends.
Spaceman Spiff Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 I'm pretty sure Gerwitz is correct. I win!
Spaceman Spiff Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 I didn't know Pat Patterson's real name was Pierre or Stevie Richards was Mike... Patterson is French-Canadian, so Pierre makes sense.
Guest RollingSambos Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Here is Lagana's correct info: http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0481113/
dubq Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Most of the time IMDB is correct.. but you have to remember that a lot of their info is submitted by users, therefore a lot of it is either inaccurate or just made up. ...and as for the spelling, it is Gewirtz.
Guest Danny Dubya v 2.0 Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Leaving out *sarcasm* in the thread title would've increased interest. Wait... so is this the guy that was a writer for "Friends" or was it someone else? Edit : nevermind. But it was really hard to tell, looking through that list. IMDB was wise to leave it off his online resume, whether they intended to or not.

Guest vex_hecubus Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 Patterson is French-Canadian, so Pierre makes sense. Because we all know that ALL French-Canadian's are named Pierre, Jacque or Francois...Or some other dumb stereotypical "french" name.
