Guest Brian Report post Posted September 26, 2003 Try later tonight before the pre-sale ends. Luck may prevail and something may have bounced, and tickets may become available. Always happens.
Guest NitroJMS Report post Posted September 26, 2003 I used BAWWE (the MSG password) and was able to get two seats the 75 dollar range at 9am. It may have been that so many seats were allocated to each of the passwords. I know the WWE one was much more available on the web.
BifEverchad 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2003 There were no tickets available that matched your request There are several things you can try: Change the quantity of tickets you are requesting. If you selected a specific seat section, switch to "Best Available". If you are unable to find tickets, be sure to check back often. As the date of the event nears, many times a limited number of tickets may be released. How many of you mofos got that message? Ah, I'm not even planning on going. I just wanted to check it out for shits and giggles.
Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2003 And a final word to those of you who actually made it through to the promised land At this point you lose credibility for taking it too seriously. 'Tis a wrestling show. There's not even any guarantees it'll be a good one. O_o*

Guest RollingSambos Report post Posted September 26, 2003 I've always wonder if camping out by the arena box office is the way to go... I don't really understand how Ticketmaster works. I mean, being there in person could work for you if you were the very first in line, but what if you were a few people back...or way back in the line? While those people are purchasing their tickets all slow and in-person, aren't the Internet users gobbling them up within like 30 seconds? There is no line on the Internet. Or does the box office have a certain amount of tickets reserved for the people in person, and the rest are sold via the Web?
Guest OnlyMe Report post Posted September 26, 2003 Or does the box office have a certain amount of tickets reserved for the people in person, and the rest are sold via the Web? Correct. Or so they say. With the internet, it's not like there is a line, it's more like: Everyone is standing behind a white line, 200 feet from the box office. The fast people (i.e. on fast connections) can run to the box office as soon as it opens, some people get lucky and find an opening, and some people are just unlucky. That's my understanding, anyway. Guest JRE Report post Posted September 27, 2003 I didn't think it was that hard. Hell...after being unsatisfied with the 300 level seats I could have gotten I started over and was still able to get the 200s I wanted.
Guest RollingSambos Report post Posted September 27, 2003 I also hate how you only have 5 minutes to complete the order. That's bullshit, if you managed to secure the tickets, you should be able to hold them while you decide. Before I smartened up and created a Ticketmaster account with my credit card #'s stored, I got dicked out of tickets a few times because of this.

NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2003 I think it's hilarious that we all bash just about everything WWE does to high hell week in and week out, yet some of you breakdown when you can't get tickets to Wrestlemania. Yeah, it'll be cool because it's Wrestlemania, but it's still not too far off from now, meaning little will have changed and you're just paying a shitload of money to see something in person that you piss and moan about every week. I dont think its hilarious, we all bash the product because as it happens, we care about what happens. We have all enjoyed the WWE at one point or another and thus we always hope it will get better. As for buying tickets, people complain about how shit their sports teams are, but still go and see them in person when they get the chance. This is no different. There is no need for your 'high and mighty' attitude. Oh yeah, I *DID* get tickets. I have no high and mighty attitude in this thread. I was simply pointing out it's pretty ironic how people shit on basically everything WWE does and yet they're ready to kill someone over not getting tickets to the live show. I'm a fan and always hoping it'll get better, but I don't see things improving all too much until late 2004 and 2005. With the same flock of guys still ruling the airwaves as we close out 2003 with no real signs of change on the horizon, most of 2004 will probably be a lost cause and similar to the last two years. But whatever, far be it for me to make a simple observation. You all act like WWE's this big honest company that actually gives a damn about the fans, when I thought we all knew the truth, yet everyone's so shocked that they could "betray" their loyal fans like this. I guess if I had come in here yelling, "FUCK TICKETMASTER~!!!," all would be right? No fucking shit man, right on, and I second yer thoughts and earlier reply. Look the WWE product as a while is shit right now, and this futile attempt to "get yer WM tickets ahhhhh" is just laughable. I can understand going to Raw or Smackdown for 30 bucks, but paying $100 or more to sit in the nosebleed section to watch the same matches and bullshit booking that we all complain about every week is fucking hilarious. You may all officially bend over right now for Vince and the rest of the McMahons. I hope you enjoy Shane jumping off a 15ft high scaffold so JR can lie and say it is 50 ft. NoCalMike 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2003 Highspeed modems will always win out in internet presales. I had to order concert tickets for my mom a couple weeks ago and got into ticketmaster's "find tickets" page at 9:00am sharp and it found my seats before it even got to 9:01am......yet the best available were seats on the side of the stage about 5 rows back. Which means highspeed modems are just gonna have to be the way to go for things like this. Thankfully I am getting on next month~!

bob_barron 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2003 Look the WWE product as a while is shit right now The Smackdown! I've seen this past month (which I admit was limited) has been enjoyable to watch. and this futile attempt to "get yer WM tickets ahhhhh" is just laughable. I always have fun when I go to a live show- no matter how the shitty the product is. I've been to two RAWs this year and enjoyed them this year. but paying $100 or more to sit in the nosebleed section $100 actually gets you a very good seat. You can see from anywhere in MSG so no seat is that bad. to watch the same matches and bullshit booking that we all complain about every week is fucking hilarious. What's with the 'we'? Not everyone has the same views on the product as you do. You may all officially bend over right now for Vince and the rest of the McMahons. No problem- I'm going to WRESTLEMANIA! I hope you enjoy Shane jumping off a 15ft high scaffold so JR can lie and say it is 50 ft. I probably will if it happens. I go to live shows to have fun- not to act all "smarkish"

Eh, you live here too, so you know that they don't come to our neck of the wood very often. Hell, there's no show for the Bay Area or Sac-town for at least the rest of the year by what I've seen. Yah, well like I said, $30 - $50, even maybe $100 for a FRONT ROW seat....is reasonable, but for the WWE product currently, I wouldn't pay $750 for a ringside ticket. I wouldn't pay $100 for lower reserved either. I went to Raw for $28, which I could have given away since my sister was comp'd tickets by her hotel that WWE stayed in anyway, and I won my smackdown tickets for free off of the radio. So I'd say $28 for a Raw & Smackdown is definately worth the price, but the WM prices, bah. However with all that said, I don't hold a grudge against people wanting to go and pay for WM and those obscene prices. That is everyone's choice, and I don't doubt for a second that the "live experience" will make up for a lot of the quality in the product that is lacking right now. To all those that have chosen to go, Please, ENJOY~!
JHawk 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2003 I was actually remakrably calm when I couldn't get through. Guest webmasterofwrestlegame Report post Posted September 27, 2003 Gents - just trying to remember the seating chart from yesterday - where are seats in the "Louge Level"?!? More importantly, are they elevated or floor seats? Any help appreciated. Cheers.

Dandy 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2003 I stand corrected. And has anyone seen the tickets on ebay? One funny auction had a guy that was advertising that wanted tickets in Sections 80-83 preferrably. He was basically doing the opposite of what scalpers do when at games or events when they hold up a "I NEED TICKETS" sign. He set the auction starting price at $0.01 and just put it on there to use ebay as a message board, letting people that were selling tickets, that he wanted those seats. The funny part? Some guy has so far bid up to $10.52, and there are 5 days left on the auction. I guess they'll be paying this guy some money because he wants tickets to Wrestlemania.
