Lil' Bitch Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 Sorry, my friend didn't have a scanner I bet (and I HOPE) he doesn't have a match. Here comes the flaming!
Lil' Bitch Posted October 11, 2003 Author Report Posted October 11, 2003 And I just bought my tickets today too... *groans
Guest OnlyMe Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 We all know that the content of posters and the content of PPVs are unrelated. That said, the constant pushing of non-wrestlers and McMahons is insane. But hey, if it gets ratings...
CanadianChick Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 Well, I think we all know there is going to be a Shane/Kane rematch anyways.
razazteca Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 And why is Shane climbing the titantron screen for this time?
A Happy Medium Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 Rico, you're from DFW? Anyway, bleh...how many McMahon's have been on PPV posters lately?
Anakin Flair Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 the last McMahon I saw on a poster was Vince/Shane for Invasion..... Unless you count HHH on the Royal Rumble poster
Lil' Bitch Posted October 11, 2003 Author Report Posted October 11, 2003 (edited) Rico, you're from DFW? Nah, I live not too far from El Paso though Edited October 12, 2003 by Rico_Constantino
AndrewTS Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Soooo...they aren't doing Kane/Goldberg?
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 For the 5,000th time, the promo posters mean very little in conjunction to the actual content of the show. They represent a rough estimate by WWE mraketing of the direction the WWE will be at at the time of the PPV.
Guest Anglesault Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Soooo...they aren't doing Kane/Goldberg? I should hope not. Kane is in critical condition at a local medical facility.
rising up out of the back seat-nuh Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Soooo...they aren't doing Kane/Goldberg? You do that, you kill someone's push. That's the problem with being booked as an unstoppable monster. Once you're stopped, you're fucked.

It's already over.
Youth N Asia Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Lucky for the WWE that they have Shane to keep Kane in check, no one else can seem to.
Bored Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 You know I was semi-sarcastic when I said a few weeks ago that the idea of a HHH/Shane main event at WMXX had crossed Vince's mind but I'm starting to think he might be insane enough to do it. Oh and Shane got another house show win yesterday: 6. Rob Van Dam, Lance Storm and Shane McMahon defeated Chris Jericho, Test and Christian w/Stacy Keibler in a "Louisville Street Fight". The end of this one came when Stacy set a trash can up in the corner for Shane to hit an across the ring Van Daminator on Test for the pin. Shane is holding down his man!!! Hmmm also now using the Van Daminator in matches with RVD. That'll piss off some people.

Wasn't Shane supposed to have been gone by now, utterly squashed by the big red monster, not to return for another year because he doesn't like to be overexposed?
CanadianChick Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Aw, I was hoping that Shane would do a VanDaminator with a chair with RVD holding for him. That would have been awesome!
Bored Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Aw, I was hoping that Shane would do a VanDaminator with a chair with RVD holding for him. That would have been awesome! Maybe RVD can cut a promo about how Shane is his mentor. "Dude, you taught me everything."
Youth N Asia Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Just put the tag, IC, and world titles on him already

I thought he was meant to be squashed, he was in hospital and got the crap kicked outta him. Also the jumper cables couldn't have done anything good to the body. I rekon if he has to be at survivour series then he should be brutally bashed by someone so we don't have to see him again!
CanadianChick Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 I smell a Hell In The Cell. WIth Shane jumping off the cell, killing himself, and Kane winning just because Shane made a mistake again? Sounds right.
Cuban Linx Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 Whatever over-gimmicked match it is, i smell Shane winning.
River City Rocker Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 You know I was semi-sarcastic when I said a few weeks ago that the idea of a HHH/Shane main event at WMXX had crossed Vince's mind but I'm starting to think he might be insane enough to do it. It'll be a co-main event: Shane vs. HHH, and then Vince jerking off in the center of the ring while ranting about how he rules wrestling, yadda yadda yadda. You know its inevitable. Vince becoming a full blown, legitmate psychopath will definitely be aired on pay per view or on RAW. -Ben
LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 The PPV posters in the past have meant nothing, although recently, regardless they have been the cover of the DVD. Undertaker on Vengeance (semi-main match on show) and Sable (escorted A-Train...) for Summerslam. So if you buy all the DVDs like me or this years Survivor Series happens to be a must have show, you'll be owning it with Shane-O-Mac on the cover
Guest THE MIGHTY THOR Posted October 13, 2003 Report Posted October 13, 2003 Well i guess i wont be ordering that ppv.
The Tino Standard Posted October 13, 2003 Report Posted October 13, 2003 For the 5,000th time, the promo posters mean very little in conjunction to the actual content of the show. They represent a rough estimate by WWE mraketing of the direction the WWE will be at at the time of the PPV. Good point, but that still doesn't stop this from being a shitty PPV poster. Some of the better ones have actually been worth getting to display (example- I loved the WM X-7 poster), but Shane-o-Mac Series? Nope, sorry.
