What's Next for the DVD line?

a lot of people are talking about another Austin release for early November. It's not listed on Amazon for preorder or anything like that, so can anybody confirm if this DVD will indeed be released (with source, please?) or is it just especulation?

 

A DVD titled "WWE Stone Cold Says So" is set for release on 11/25.

Okay, so why exactly can't WWE commission a group of producers or what have you to go back & edit the logo out on a match-by-match basis? Like just blacken it or chop off the F. If they do it on a per DVD basis, it wouldn't be as time consuming, i'd think.

Because the WWE at the time had their logo elsewhere... on the apron, on shirts, etc. etc.

Isn't the point of requesting extras, the fact that you want them unclipped?

More like so you can relive the memory of them. Else I wouldn't have bought WM16 for that WM History disc as it's clipped up quite a bit, too. I don't care about clips myself as long as it's not clipping every few seconds like something absurd.

 

I think we have to see what they do with the Monday Night Wars DVD and then make judgment on how far they can go.

WWE is working on Mick Foley and Kurt Angle multi disc sets as well as one on hte Monday Night Wars according to Bryan Alvarez.

I don't know when the settlement was done, but on the shawn micheals from the vault disc the wwf logo appears.

 

Is it solely the attitude era logo or that everything before it?

I wouldn't mind the wwe releasing a few ecw or wcw dvd's that would be good cause most of that stuff is just awsome shit. The only wwe dvd i have bought was the Hardy Boyz - Leap of Faith and that was pretty good. I know this has been said but a dvd history of the tag titles would b awsome.

He's had many....like his classics against Dr. Tom Prichard and him and Shane used to wrestle every weekend. There also is tons of family footage of him vs. Steph as talked about on this thread. But just as a warning I don't think they will add any extra footage of the backstage match between Vince vs. Nailz.
