My sis is buying FF X-2 for me this weekend [it comes out on the fourth, if I'm not mistaken?] and on the 25th, I'll be buying X2: X-Men United. Not a game, but still...I'll be broke.

But the lack of anything else I would pick for GOTY and the fact that it's the sequel to FFX makes me pretty sure it will be the best.

I really haven't recovered financialy since I bought my DDR arcade game. Good thing almost every game I wanted is already purchased.

Conspiracy_Victim Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 First, I've messed around with Rainbow Six 3 and even though I'm not the biggest fan of tactical team shooters it's pretty fun. Vast amounts of weaponry to use is entertaining. Second even though I'm still messing around with Gladius, I plan on picking up X-2 ASAP (mercifully already prepaid for back when I had extra cash *sigh*) and somehow getting Max Payne 2 and hopefully Prince of Persia. Everything else is on a wait and see basis.
Guest NCJ Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 And you haven't even mentioned Ninja Gaiden, Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Starcraft: Ghost, the College Basketball games, PGR2, ....etc. Plus movies in theatres and on DVD(Matrix Revolutions, LotR:RotK, X-2, Pirates of the Carribean, T-3, Bad Boys 2,) and bigtime music releases(Black Album November 28: if you haven't checked the sig, G-Unit album). This year is just packed. Not to mention everything I have missed: All of the ESPN sports titles, Top Spin, Rainbow Six 3, TMNT, and Matrix Reloaded, Indy Jones box set,...etc. This season is just packed.

Hell, Voodoo Vince even looks fun. I already have Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain. Shit, I still don't have Madden NFL 2004 yet. That's pretty much a "must own" for football fans. I have a PS2 "Flip-top" so that I can play imported games as well. The goal was to import King of Colisseum however I've yet to do so. I have more important things to do than blow my paychecks on video games though. I have to pay bills and shit. I can't mess up the budget for a few hours of entertainment...although I would like to.
