EdwardKnoxII Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 http://channels.netscape.com/new/html/live...scoop/np/5.html Jacko Makes a Startling Announcement Michael Jackson, the man whose career was almost derailed because of child-molestation accusations, told Los Angeles radio host Rick Dees that he wants more children. Specifically, he wants to adopt at least seven more. Jackson already has three children, and created quite the controversy one year ago when he dangled his baby boy from the fourth floor balcony of a Berlin hotel to show him off to fans below. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Jackson told Dees this, "I want a big family. More and more children." He said he wants to have more than the nine children his own father had. Meanwhile, one of Jackson's representatives told MSNBC.com's The Scoop, "It's not like he has a specific strategy or he's in touch with adoption agencies about this. If indeed he did say that, he was just speaking about his love of children."
TSA09 Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 This was yesterday's news...and it's not that startling. I mean people have forgot about his near broke ass so he needed to media spotlight on him again. But if he gets the adoption it'll just prove he got it for his money and for nothing else.
Guest The TRUE Fonzie Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 Dere is absolu'ley no mention a Fonzie in dis arckle a'all.
razazteca Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 Michael Jackson should have a test tube baby with Madonna.
Mik Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 Dere is absolu'ley no mention a Fonzie in dis arckle a'all. Keep it in NHB, fucker.
Guest El Satanico Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 Startling Announcement? It's a fucking adoption...people always gotta make a big deal out of stuff concerning Michael.
Vern Gagne Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 It's startling because many people believe Micheal Jackson is unfit to be a parent.
Use Your Illusion Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 MJ actually said this on the Living With Michael Jackson special that aired ages ago. He said he'd like to adopt a boy and a girl from every continent around the world. And to be honest, MJ has stated he's wanted a huge family for about 20 years now, so revolutionary this AIN'T. Anyone have any news on this apparent CBS Special he's set to be doing in the future? I saw it mentioned on Letterman, but being Australian I'm a a little left in the dark when it comes to American television. UYI

BUTT Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 For those of you who believe the pedophilia allegations, I think you should read this article: http://www.buttonmonkey.com/misc/maryfischer.html
Use Your Illusion Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 (edited) Startling Announcement? It's a fucking adoption...people always gotta make a big deal out of stuff concerning Michael. "You are aware he's a homosexual pedophile, right?"-Norm MacDonald Investigators interviewed countless other children who attended Jackson's 'Neverland', but failed to find any who had anything negative to say about Michael. There is simply no evidence, therefore the man is innocent in my eyes. Also, Jackson's father recently stated that: "Mr Jackson also says he does not think his son is crazy but is smart, and that he "can't stand" gay people." Source - www.bbc.co.uk/news But PLEASE, let's not start this argument again. I recall a multi-page debate where it was the Music folder vs. UYI, the MJ supporter, the last time it happend. 1234-5678 Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Alright fine, no talk about the child molestation accusations. But let's all agree on the fact that the man is a goddamn weirdo.
Art Sandusky Posted November 15, 2003 Report Posted November 15, 2003 Michael Jackson should have a test tube baby with Madonna. I agree, especially if the kid gets the talent of the two.

kkktookmybabyaway Posted November 16, 2003 Report Posted November 16, 2003 Alright fine, no talk about the child molestation accusations. That's like OJ talk without mentioning double homicides...
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted November 16, 2003 Report Posted November 16, 2003 Alright fine, no talk about the child molestation accusations. That's like OJ talk without mentioning double homicides... In Naked Gun 33 1/3 there is a part where Leslie Neilsen is talking to some other cop and they say something like "we've killed a lot of people in our time" and in between them is O.J. nodding his head...
1234-5678 Posted November 19, 2003 Report Posted November 19, 2003 LOS OLIVOS, Calif. — Investigators armed with a search warrant are swarming Michael Jackson's (search) Neverland Ranch. Court TV (search) reported that a 12-year-old boy brought allegations against the pop star. At least one ambulance was present Tuesday on the Neverland grounds. Jackson is not currently at Neverland (search), but is in the country, Jackson's publicist Stuart Backerman told Fox News. Backerman was headed to the ranch and expected to have a statement later in the afternoon. Authorities carried out the warrant at the 45-year-old singer's sprawling home in the Santa Ynez Valley outside of Santa Barbara, said a sheriff's spokesman, who declined to give his name. The Santa Barbara County district attorney's office was also involved in the action, he added. The singer who had international hits with the albums "Thriller" (1982), "Bad" (1987) and "Dangerous" (1991), saw his career begin to collapse in 1993 amid allegations he molested a boy. Jackson has maintained his innocence, and charges were never filed. He reportedly paid a multimillion-dollar settlement. Jackson is also connected to Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano, who began serving federal prison time Monday for possessing illegal explosives. Pellicano is being investigated about whether he secretly taped conversations of celebrities and their lawyers. Pellicano, 59, worked for Jackson as a spokesman and security consultant during the abuse investigation. The search came on the same day Epic Records released "Number Ones," a greatest hits collection featuring Jackson's new single, "One More Chance." On Nov. 26, CBS is scheduled to air a Jackson special consisting mainly of old concert footage.
haVoc Posted November 19, 2003 Report Posted November 19, 2003 Jackson doesn't have the money anymore to pay his way out of this one.
1234-5678 Posted November 19, 2003 Report Posted November 19, 2003 Jackson doesn't have the money anymore to pay his way out of this one. Good rittens to bad rubbish. I don't even think he is musically talented, but for those who do, you cannot excuse his behavior. That would be like saying "Oh that Priest can touch those boys cause he heads such a good Mass", or "Oh that OJ Simpson can be a double murderer cause he could run the ball so well." Wait.......this is America after all. Jackson will never have to accept resposibility for his actions.

Yes, I was referring to his other "eccentric" behaviors. But even though he is innocent until proven guilty.......c'mon. God gave us common sense, kids. If the situation was reversed and this was Axl Rose facing these allegations, I'd be all for getting the guy some help. I don't see how you MJ fans can just excuse it, like spending all your time with young boys doesn't cause any suspicion (if i misspell, it's cause I am a little drunk).

Most, like myself, don't excuse it, as it is inexcuseable. Michael Jackson is just so talented and influential (to me personally) that I just choose to focus on his musical side, rather than his personal life. Honestly, I'm sure there are a hundred people on this board that are 10 times more bizarre than MJ is, its just that his celebrity status has blown much of it out of proportion. Anyways, haven't police just recently raided MJ's ranch after MORE allegations he abused a 12 year old? I'm waiting for the late news to come on here so I can hear about it, but it seems pretty serious. Not good. UYI

haVoc Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 Michael Jackson Surrenders by Joal Ryan Nov 20, 2003, 12:55 PM PT Michael Jackson is a wanted man no more. The onetime King of Pop was in handcuffs, and in the custody of authorities, at the Thursday noon hour at the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department, undergoing booking on multiple counts of child molestation allegations. Jackson's attorney, Mark Geragos, said Jackson posted a $3 million bail shortly after arriving and expected to be released soon. Jackson, 45, surrendered a day after officials issued an arrest warrant, and two days after an army of investigators scoured three of his California properties, including his beloved Neverland Ranch. The singer arrived in Santa Barbara, from Las Vegas, via private jet. Upon touchdown, the plane taxied up to its nose into a hangar ostensibly to provide its passengers, including Jackson, a modicum of privacy as news choppers hovered above. Later, camera crews trailed Jackson's drive from the airport to the sheriff's station. Photographers got what they came from when Jackson, dressed in black, exited the black SUV, his hands cuffed behind his back. Jackson's long black hair obscured his famous and famously altered face. Authorities have declined to discuss the specifics of the case against Jackson. According to the Los Angeles Times, it involves a 12-year-old boy who said Jackson plied him with wine and molested him on "several occasions" last winter. Geragos has branded the allegations "categorically untrue" and said that " Michael is outraged." In an impassioned call to CNN, brother Jermaine said the Jackson family was behind Michael "1000 percent
