In one ear and out the other.

Exactly. I pay no attention to stupid things like "RVD is a good wrestler because he's entertaining."

I love how you jump on the smark bandwagon and act like you know shit.

I do "know shit."

What about Hansen?

Yes, what about Hansen? He's one of the best wrestlers ever. He also drew money. Did Angle draw more than Hansen? Is Sting a better wrestler than Hansen?

What about the Destroyer?

Yes, what about Destroyer? A draw, a great wrestler, why is he not on this list?

Angle sucks

When did I say this? I say Angle is overrated, which he is. I never say he "sucks."

Benoit carried him.

When did I say this? I say Benoit is a better wrestler, which he is.

Tsuruta made Japanese wrestling.

When did I say this? Jumbo Tsuruta is possibly the best wrestler ever.

Oh, and Rikidozan "made" Japanese wrestling, not Jumbo...

You ain't sayin' nothing new, EVER.

And you "ain't" getting the point...ever.

He only talks about the same 5 guys.

Talking about the same five GREAT WRESTLERS...yeah, that's just dumb. I talk about more than just five wrestlers, by the way.

hey, what about HARLEY RACE~!?

Good thing no one has ever said that.

That was your entire argument for RVD.

well,and Eddie is American.....

He was born in Juarez Mexico but i know that it can be confusing since in Mexico he played a rich cocky american and in U.S he plays a wet back mexican....am i the only one who sees the irony?

Why does it matter where he was born? He wrestles in America.

Why should I bother? You don't even know who they are.

Wait.....I thought we weren't allowed to discuss Japanese wrestling in the WWE forum.

Banky's not worthy of an explanation. Maybe if someone who actually cares asks...

Don't cop out man. I am honestly asking a question. By avoiding the question you just look like a gigantic tool as you've been praising these guys to be God. Please, explain to me WHY they are so great.

I am honestly asking a question.

and I believe you. ;)

Stan Hansen was one of the smartest workers I've ever seen. That a fat, slow, half blind man could have such great matches shows how smart he was. Great at building logical matches and providing heavily credible offense, and he could sell his ass off, unlike a certain Olympic Hero.

The Destroyer was a king of matwork. An expert at building one hold from the previous, giving you the impression that he's outsmarting his opponent. Not just slapping on headlocks to kill time. And the holds look so believable, unlike a certain wrestler's standing anklelock.

Tsuruta's greatness can't be put into words. You could always just watch his matches (like the ***** 6/8/90 match with Misawa!) to see an amazing storyteller at work. Watch how he starts the match not taking Misawa seriously, and slowly builds to doing so, pulling out bigger offense as the match goes on. It's the ultimate legend vs. young rising star match. He was also a huge draw in Japan, and a huge influence on Misawa, Kawada, and Kobashi, who went on to rule the 90's with their brilliant work.

But seriously....as if their greatness wasn't so completely obvious to anyone who has seen their work, that it needed to be explained?

I've seen Hansen and Tsuruta. Okay, I understand what you're trying to say, but all of those things can be said about Chris Benoit and Steve Austin. Why is Hansen better than Austin? In Tsuruta's case you talk more about a match storyline than the actual wrestler. And you only gave one trait per wrestler...and a pretty ambigous one at that.
