1234-5678 Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 "I'm gonna go........lift weights.........what?" "Alright, it's fighting time........can I be on their side?" "I've never seen so many dead hookers in all my life!" "Lord knows, I have"
razazteca Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 Norm McDonald is only good in small doses, like 5 minute skits on SNL.
razazteca Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 Well hope you enjoy the 10 replays this week.
1234-5678 Posted November 29, 2003 Author Report Posted November 29, 2003 And now Comedy Central has on the SNL that he hosted. Sweet.
Nighthawk Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 Actually yeah, it is my favorite comedy. I'm not a big Norm McDonald fan, it's just a funny movie.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 I think its pretty good, pretty funny. I like the scene with the free commercial. Its not as funny as other films though, such as Duck Soup.:-!
bob_barron Posted November 29, 2003 Report Posted November 29, 2003 I'll give you a hint- it RHYMES with cock. Dirty Work is the greatest movie of all time- I've seen that movie 20-30 times
Star Ocean 3 Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 "I can't believe I'm doing this. Why am I even here?" "Yeah, why are you here? Oh, I know, intense physical attraction to me!" That tiramisu looked good. I don't know about the cheese, though.
King Kamala Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 I own the DVD Me too. They gots to make a special edition of that movie..........with Bob Barron "expert" commentary. Eh the fact that the DVD is bare bones doesn't bother me since I got it for $8.99 (Back in the early days of DVD when shit DVDs were sold for $24.95)
Guest FrigidSoul Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 I got mine for $12.99 brand new a few months back.
Guest Choken One Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 I saw Dirty Work at Wal-Mart for 5.99...I got Celtic Pride instead. THAT'S comedy baby.
the max Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 I saw Dirty Work at Wal-Mart for 5.99...I got Celtic Pride instead. THAT'S comedy baby. Wow. Celtic Pride over Dirty Work?

Eh the fact that the DVD is bare bones doesn't bother me since I got it for $8.99 (Back in the early days of DVD when shit DVDs were sold for $24.95) Me and Norm doing DVD commentary with Artie in the background- that's a dream come true
Guest Choken One Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 I saw Dirty Work at Wal-Mart for 5.99...I got Celtic Pride instead. THAT'S comedy baby. Wow. Celtic Pride over Dirty Work? Daniel Stern > Artie Lange Dan Aykrod > Norm McDonald Damon Waynes > Christopher McDonald
A Happy Medium Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 I give you Daniel Stern over Artie Lange, other one is debatable to me..but pick a Wayens over one of the best movie scumbags in the last ten years? Nah.. ...but Blank Man was the shit.
Guest Choken One Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Christopher McDonald played the same FUCKING character in every god damn movie for the last 15 years. Waynes mixes it up once in a while.
bob_barron Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Choken One- It's Macdonald- not Mcdonald. I can see Stern over Lange since Home Alone 1 and 2 are better then Lost and Found. But Christopher McDonald>Damon Wayans. Dirty Work has Adam Sandler as Satan- ownage
LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Christopher McDonald played the same FUCKING character in every god damn movie for the last 15 years. Waynes mixes it up once in a while. Not if you count Leave It To Beaver.... Wait, a second, <reads what I just wrote>... yes, I understand your point.
King Kamala Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Who here saw the Leave it to Beaver movie? Me neither. But I saw McHales Navy: The Movie.......and liked it. *crawls into hole and cries*
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Chevy Chase is in dirty work. 'nuff said, it obliterates Celtic Pride.
SamoaRowe Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 I loved that movie when I was 14 years old. Now I just like it for my nostalgic kicks. Good stuff from an unclever movie.
1234-5678 Posted November 30, 2003 Author Report Posted November 30, 2003 "Wait a second.......are you telling me you bet against Rocky?"
razazteca Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Danny Devito and Dave Chapelle were great in Screwed. The only funny movie Damon Wayans was in that did not feature any of his kin was Great White Hype
1234-5678 Posted November 30, 2003 Author Report Posted November 30, 2003 Danny Devito and Dave Chapelle were great in Screwed. The only funny movie Damon Wayans was in that did not feature any of his kin was Great White Hype Wow, I hated that movie. Only funny part about it was the exchange between Jeff Goldblum and Jamie Foxx.
razazteca Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 Samuel Jackson was Don King Damon Wayans was Mike Tyson John Rhyes-Davies as the trainer Cheech Marin as the yes man Jon Lovitz as the yes man #2 "I'm your anti-brother"
Guest Choken One Posted November 30, 2003 Report Posted November 30, 2003 The Great White Hype fucking owns Dirty Work's Ass...and Celtic Pride.
razazteca Posted December 1, 2003 Report Posted December 1, 2003 I think Norm is better off working as a supporting actor than the lead. He was good in Billy Madison as the friend of Billy and as the bartender in Deuce Bigalow. Basically just include Norm in every SNL cast movie in cameos or supporting roles.
