The new Cena shirt

Recommended Posts

Guest Coffey

So, does this mean that John Cena is "Old School?"

I don't get Smackdown, so I don't really understand the shirt.

I know about his Word Life catchphrase, but what does this shirt have to do with that other than saying it under the cropped old logo?

Still a cool looking shirt. I would wear it.

Word Life starts with a W. The logo is a W.

And that's about it.

I don't like it to be honest. If you weren't a long time wrestling fan, you 'wouldn't get it'...not to mention it's pretty bland. And white. I hate white shirts.

Now the Big Show one.

:headbang:

With the sleeves, it kind of looks like a girl's shirt. Sweet.

It's one of those 3/4 arm length baseball shirts. Not necessarily a girls shirt. I have one like it.

If it comes in small enough sizes though, it can easily pass for a girl's shirt. Maybe if they come around here soon, I'll pick one up.

Definetly. I saw a girl wearing the same shirt I had in a record store. For the record, it was a Goo Goo Dolls shirt *hides*

He wears throwbacks to the ring, which is why they used the old logo.

Wow, a wearable wrestling shirt. Maybe I'll get it for Christmas. And sure, it may be white, but the black sleeves make up for it, and softball shirts own anyway.

what's the bet it says something hideously embaressing on the back?

Thank God someone just came out and said that. I was about to blow up as I thought some here didn't "get it".

Just as ghey as any other wrestling short. Still wouldn't be caught dead in it.

I, too, would be embarassed wearing a shirt as a pair of shorts.

Actually it looks pretty sweet. Leaps and bounds better than the old John Cena shirt they have.

Looks stupid. If they wanted to go OLD SKOOL, they should've kept the fucking F. It was the WWF after all, not WW.

Yeah, it's really not that great. Non-wrestling fans won't catch the crop, they'll just think you're wearing a late-80's WWF logo shirt. It's much better than the average shirt however, like that Big Show one.
