Yep, it's what I watched instead of Dick Clark's little special. I think that this years was infinitely better than last years. All the Aqua Teen episodes were solid gold (especially the one with all the 'evil' forces that have encountered the Aqua Teens in the past) ... and the cutscenes at the party were great as well (Carl comes to mind).

 

But yeah, I watched it. Did anyone else?

The Moonites and the evil forces trying to come up with a name has to be my fav episode now. Carl hitting on Debbie of Sealab and the two Zoraks argueing at the party was funny.

eh, The Iron Chef 5 hour thing from 1999 was good. Doesnt get better than Sakai winning 3 battles including beating that french bastard Passard.

I don't watch Iron Chef anymore but I do remember the Bobby whatever his name disrespect the Kitchen Academy by standing on the table in celebration. Arrogant American.........gee I wonder why the world hates USA?

 

If the Adult Swim New Years Bash ever gets on DVD I will buy it! But the recent episodes has been disappointing in my opinion as it has become a show of random inside jokes about nothing, hell half of the time none of the stuff makes sense.

I hope so. Brak Show's initial run was in 2000, so it's been a while.

I didn't care for the Brak Show and I'm glad it's cancelled. It wasn't that funny and Brak's a lot better in smaller doses on Space Ghost.

 

Anyway, as PsychoDriver wrote, the whole thing will be repeated this Sunday for those who missed it.

The 1st few episodes of Brak were awesome, but I couldn't get into much of it after that. I don't even watch it now. ATHF, SeaLab, and Harvey Birdman are all better than Brak, IMO.

It was really cool to see the various AS characters interact together. The episodes were really good as well (especially ATHF).

I was just watching the Bash and it was to funny. I liked how on the show Brak said how he was canned. And then the next shot at the party Brak is shocked that they were cancelled. Then Brak asks were his mom is and the dad said that mom took the check and left.

 

I didn't know that the guy that does the voice of Space Ghost also does the voice of the dad on Brak.

I liked the first few episodes but it seemed like they ran out of decent plots after the first 5 or so.

 

I think Sealab, Aqua Teen and Birdman are a good reason for it getting cancelled. They easily surpass it in quality.

That was the 1st voice of the mom right? Yeah that freaked me out when in one ep she had an American voice and then the next one she has a British voice. I didn't like the new British voice and I always wonded why they changed it.

My God. I finally got to see the New Year's Eve Bash on Adult Swim last night. My God, it was fucking genius.

"Penguincleese, away!"

 

"I wish we weren't canceled and that we weren't penguins."

 

Both episodes of ATHF rocked, and the Sealab was another example of why that show needs to be renewed.
