Dude, you are the biggest homer I have ever encountered.

Anything from Oklahoma is the greatest thing ever to you, isn't it?

And for the record, I like George, but you're not winning him any more support on this board with your whining.

Yeah I am a homer.

But George is good. If he sucked I'd say it. But he doesn't suck at all. He's quite good.

And on top of that he's not even from Oklahoma. He's from Lousiana. He just goes to school in Oklahoma.

Oh and yes....I just love everyting from Oklahoma. That must be why I hate Jim Ross so much.

Fantasia was rubbing her eyes in large circular motions so America knows she cares.

Fuck that bitch.

The crooner was my personal favourite, BUT he was horrible this week.

But we all know this show is rigged, right?

It sure is.

Of course it is - and it's racist. There's only one Caucasian left. Although I suppose that's not what the Queen of Pop meant...

Shoulda let John sing it out with "My Way"...

Yep, Johnny boy is gone.

Took long enough!

He sounded horrible every single time except his audition I thought.

This week the girl from Hawaii sounded the best.....although the girl with the short hair is still my favorite. Something about George is weird.....can't put my finger on it.

Seriously. They should let the finalists choose what their farewell song is.

I liked John, but he was in no way deserving of being in the final six. I liked him when he did King of the Road and on movie week, plus his audition and Billy Joel renditions were serviceable, but he had way too many bad weeks to last longer than Amy or Jennifer.

I just think its funny that next week is big band / swing week, and you know John wouldn't pwned Sinatra.

That's always how it seems to be, isn't it?

Really, REALLY not looking forward to how Barbie smiles her way through it. I think George will have the most problems though. He's a good singer, but he hasn't handled the "challenging" (and for these kids, I think that big band WILL be challenging) themes very well.

I don't watch the show, but I follow it by the morning shows and E! News recaps. All the so-called "controversy" over that John kid made me want to vote for him and piss even more people off.

People need to get a life and stop taking this crap so serious. Sending death threats to a 16 y/o kid? Damn middle American psycho house wives.

And, Elton John is an idiot.

Did people really send him death threats? My god.

I'm just up in arms because this recent incident with him staying and Jennifer going home shows the blatant bias that the show's hosts and producers have. It also shows how they say "American can choose whoever to win!"is total BS because when America starts choosing it's "Wait wait......we said you can choose......choose who we want to win!" You can tell by listening to the judges reactions to singers that they are trying to influence the vote and they know who they want to win. I don't know why they even go through it. They should just let the judges pick the winner because that's what they're trying to do. If you don't see that then you're pretty blind.

Oh and btw.....Simon told that one girl she was ugly when she sung. He should've told Jennifer that. I was getting tired of her looking shocked everytime she sung. Plus she butchered Imagine and made John Lennon roll in his grave.

Apparently this was a morning radio show joke that got blown out of proportion.

Imagine is an easy song to sing, but it's difficult to sing WELL. It's one of those songs where, if you don't sing it close to the way Lennon sang it, it just doesn't come off well. Just my opinion though.

What? ... WHAT?!? OH JESUS CHRIST. *Slumps in seat.*

Yup. That's next week's theme. Odd that it would be...AFTER Jon was eliminated.

Indeed.

Hell he had a good run, and the hate is undeserved. It's a freaking popularity contest and he played the game well. I think everyone's just a bunch of whiny wannabes complaining about RACISM~!

A Native American, 4 African Americans, and 2 Cauc-Americans

Yeah...that's racism allright.

Jon did very well for a 16 year old, and he'll get a damn good launch on his career from this.

Yeah...that's racism allright.

Jasmine's Hawaiian, not Native American. I'd have figured that the constant Hawaii references would've driven that point home, but whatever.

Anyways, Final 12 breakdown was:

- 6 Caucasians (Leah "LaBelle" Vladowski, Matt Rogers, Amy Adams, Jon Peter Lewis, John Stevens, Diana DeGarmo)

- 4 African-Americans (Jennifer Hudson, Fantashia Barrino, LaToya London, George Huff)

- 1 Hawaiian/Polynesian (Jasmine Trias)

- 1 Filipina (Camille Velasco)

Only 50% non-Caucasians!! Racism!!

[/sarcasm]

Jasmine has said she is of Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese descent if that makes anything less clear for you.

Hawaiians can probably trace their ethnicity to Chinese, Japanese, Filipino and native Polynesian, so no, it's not confusing. I made a note of Camille because she had mentioned that her family immigrated to Hawaii from the Philippines...

Maybe it's my love of "What A Wonderful World", but I couldn't have disagreed more with the judges when it came to George's performance. I thought he owned tonight.

I never vote, but I'm going to because I don't want him to lose after that performance.

OMG...La Toya was fucking flawless during that performance.

That was the best I've probably seen this whole season.

So far tonight...

1) La Toya

2) Diana

3) George

4) Jasmine

None were bad, though.
