Guest J0bber Report post Posted February 8, 2004 WWE.com has a new poll on the homepage of their website. The question is, who should Scotty 2 Hotty and Rikishi defend their newly-won WWE Tag Team Championship against first? The choices are: Basham Bros. Haas and Benjamin Akio and Sakoda APA London and Kidman This poll could help determine who Rikishi/Scotty will fight at No Way Out. I hope you all vote London and Kidman. Do you notice how they're on the bottom of the poll, like the WWE doesn't care about them?
Guest Fook Report post Posted February 8, 2004 They should face TWGTT. London and Kidman haven't teamed together for very long. Establish them as a team before giving them a title shot.

And besides, clearly the answer is Orlando Jordan/Ernest "THE CAT" Miller

Do you honestly think that whoever gets the most votes on a gimmicked poll on the WWE website will have any relevance on who goes to No Way Out, as if they'd scrap their plans for the whims of a bunch of computer geeks that could have set up a script to vote in the poll 500 times per minute? JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2004 Wow, 54% for WGTT. It _can't_ be rigged, or else you know the APA would be getting that tally.

The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2004 I watched Velocity last night (the first half of which just ruled) and they said that TWGTT had beaten Rikishi and Scotty on Velocity the week before Rikishi and Scotty won the tag titles. That must be what will earn them a title shot. But I must ask...why would Rikishi and Scotty get a title shot after losing to another tag team?
King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2004 1) It's beyond rigged. Vote...and then refresh the poll. 4 people...no more, no less voting every second? That's got to be some coincidence. 2) Surely The Bashams should get the first match...what ever happened to the automatic rematch clause? Is that another 'we'll bring it up when someone is denied one' things, or do they still use that?
King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2004 But I must ask...why would Rikishi and Scotty get a title shot after losing to another tag team? The shot had been pending for like 2 months since they beat The Bashams non title, I guess. That and the fact win/loss records don't matter anymore in determining title contenders. Scroby 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2004 I say.....4 corners match for the tag titles...that ways when I go, I can get a decent tag title match.

Guest JumpinJackFlash Report post Posted February 8, 2004 Last night, on Velocity, there was a #1 contender's match for the Tag Titles. It was between WGTT and Dragon/Funaki. Sure enough, WGTT won, so they're the #1 contenders and they're facing Rikishi/Scotty 2 Hotty at No Way Out.

I think it's completely believable for Haas and Shelton to get pushed. They are homegrown afterall.

Just John 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2004 Why is the APA even on there? I thought Faarooq was injured because he hasn't been on tv in a while. I can only hope Too Cool V. 2 are only transitional champs to get the belts on TWGTT or the Japanese Mafia.

More like top star when it comes to BUTT fucking the rookies in shower stalls. Otherwise, he woulda done better in both rumbles than 1st eliminated in the 1st and 2nd eliminated in the SD rumble.
