I was wondering about the viewing habits of the TSM community and how they've changed over the tenure of this forum. I know that when I first started up, I was intensely following WWF and posted there more than anywhere else, by far. But as I've found myself watching less wrestling, my tendencies have shifted more towards current events, sports, music, GC, HD, and LSD. I hardly go to the secondary wrestling folders at all.

So if you want to share what you used to do and what you do now, that could be interesting. Thanks a million.

When I started (after getting linked to the old board from a Keith rant on Wrestline i think) I was all about the WWF discussion, going all gung ho gabbing about the news of the day etc. Now I don't really bother except for bumpin my post count in the Raw or PPV threads, along with helping to link up people for the webbies each month. Not that I watch any less wrestling, I'm just less into the discussion of it on here.

Been a pretty much once a dayish music folder watcher from the start.

The other wrestling folders I don't pay much mind to except the download folder in general.

Lately I stick to the bottom half of the board a lot more than the top by far. I can count on two hands and feet the number of CE/movie/sports/video game posts I've made probably.

I'm spending less and less time in the wrestling folders aside from the Indy Folder. The WWE folder is a cesspool where my humor is lost among the shityposts and everywhere else, I don't have a place.

Music's been a great place to post for the most part. I don't like getting in debates over bullshit songs but the music sections got some good people, like the metal crowd. AoO is without question the No. 1 poster on the board. No one even touches the son of a bitch.

General Chats an amusing distraction.

Lately I've been in Hardcore Discussion a lot, which is odd since I never liked the folder to begin with. I've been lured to the darkside!

I'm the same as Kotz. I used to go to the just the wrestling folders back when I signed up, but now I'm 50/50. I check nearly all the folders daily, though.

I'm still a huge wrestling fan, but I don't post so much in the wrestling forums. Most of my posts end up in General, Hardcore, LSD, Music, Sports, and especially Video Games.

Regardless, I voted La Parka.

My forays into the wrestling folders are sporadic nowadays. I only post here, Sports, Feedback and the OAOAST battle threads. I don't watch it anymore, just old 80's/90's tapes.

I never go to the wrestling folders...I never have. But, I do like wrestling. So the only logical choice was La Parka.

I always check the WWE folder, just to see if someone's been hired/fired/died. Then, it's the pop culture folders. I work my way down from Current Events to Graphics/Testing. Yup. Used to stick with the wrestling folders, but then I stopped caring.

Which is *exactly* why my little birthday get-together has become combined with WrestleMania at DFA's house. W00t~

Off Topic: Are you a guy? For whatever reason, I always thought you had a vagina before.

On Topic: I used to go, I started after reading Scott Keith's rants (HA!). Ever since my interest in wrestling faded my interest in MMA has been gaining, so I post in the Misc Folder. I lurk in CE and post sparingly everywhere else.

I usually only go into the wrestling folders if the thread that's showing on the main page piques my interest. I know I used to go into the WWF/E folder a lot when I first joined the board, but I always visited the same folders I still do now (Sports, TV/Movies, General, NHB/HD [when it was created]).

I don't visit specific folders at all, I just use the "find new posts" button and venture into whichever topics grab my fancy

In the wrestling folders i only really look at the Indy folder with an occasional foray into the WWE folder. I mostly just go to the pop culture folders now, mainly sports.

I'm split between both right now, I generally start at the TV/Movies board and then skim through a couple of the wrestling boards. But I would have voted La Parka if I had seen it there in time.

history lesson~!

After the original switch from the ezboard the WWE/WCW/ECW folder was dominated by several posters.

Myself, Goodhelmet, Anglesault, Vanilla Midget, BPS, Tony, Brian, Kahran and a few others.

Now GH,VM are both gone and Tony/Brian/Kahran rarely post anywhere. Anglesault is still posting COUGHbitchingandmoaningCOUGH in the wwe folder till this day.

The reasons that most of the "old timers" have either left the board or or left the wwe folder are numerous. They include:

1. Too much repetiveness. The same 15 threads are repeated ad nasuem in the wrestling folder. You can only have those threads so many times before there's nothing new left to said.

2. Too many trolls/gimmicks/marks/etc. It's impossible to have a serious discussion when you got people who TyPe LIk DiS constantly interuppting with dumbness.

3. Too many people. Hard to have a convo when there's 50 people respinding in a thread.

4. Unhappy with the direction of the board. Some people just got sick of the percieved politics.

5. And this happened VERY rarely...

people got lives.

I think the first thing I posted on here was in the Puroresu folder, of all things. I've never really cared that much about the WWF to discuss it THAT in-depth on here, though I've probably made about a hundered posts about the topic, which pretty much sums up my interest. I absolutely don't care about it at all now, unless there's some horrible scandal or a company goes under or something.

I basically post in Music, General, CE, and in here.

I posted about 5 times about wrestling this whole time. I like wrestling but I don't care about going in depth to talk about it, and the fact I don't watch that much wrestling at all until recently. But mostly I just post in Music and sports most of the time, and post CE every now and then.

Ever since I discovered the SWF over a year ago, I spend nearly all my time on this board down there but, since I didn't see that as a option, I went with La Parka.

Is there anybody on this board besides Marney that doesn't like wrestling at all?

I read WWE for news, Misc. Prom and TNA 'cause I kinda care.

Lately it's be LSD, HD and GC.

OAOAST too, but that ends up being work too often.
