JN News 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2004 From the W365 Newsletter Edge is aiming to return to WWE action in April. It's unclear which brand he will be joining up with although Triple H is said to be very keen on working with him on RAW this summer.

Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2004 So, what happens if HHH is moved to SmackDown to fill in for the heel role? Edge could go burial-free. I suspect Vince will keep Edge and Orton on Raw though until he figures out which one he likes better, then jobs one to the other. And that match will be Anglesault's hell. Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted March 17, 2004 Remember the Hardcore Holly promos? Sure, he got some heat on Brock, but look at him now. Edge was always more over than Holly, so who knows? Things are becoming very interesting in WWE at this point...

Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted March 17, 2004 Have HHH and Edge ever wrestle each other on TV before? Maybe in the DX/Brood days, or even Coporation/Ministry but I doubt it.
AnonymousBroccoli 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2004 Have HHH and Edge ever wrestled each other on TV before? Triple H defeated Edge on the January 11, 1999 episode of Raw. They don't seem to have wrestled again in '98, '99 or 2000 on Raw. I'm too tired to check other shows, and amazed at how many times E&C faced The Acolytes during those two years. Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 18, 2004 This would be an interesting feud. By HHH's very nature, his feuds are built around making his opponent look like a pathetic, worthless idiot of a boob. However, the face Edge character's feuds are built around making his opponent look like a pathetic, worthless idiot of a boob. It's like the unstoppable force meeting the immovable object. Adam 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2004 Damn, I gotta see that PPV. But it can't of been KOTR '95, or Bad Blood bad, just WCW 1999 bad.
deancoles 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2004 (edited) Damn, I gotta see that PPV. But it can't of been KOTR '95, or Bad Blood bad, just WCW 1999 bad. You try watching John Tenta in a 15 minute match with a dq finish,The Nasty Boys against Harlem Heat for 18 minutes with a dq finish and Alex Wright and HHH going 15 minutes when they had about 3 years experience combined in the business at that point. On reflection I was a bit harsh on Duggan, his match was ok and would have been great had Vader not been pissed about his upcoming feud with Hogan and therefore puts little effort into the match. Edit:I have Starrcade 94 on the same video as The Great American Bash 89 which is good for showing the difference between an Awful PPV and an Amazing PPV. Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2004 I actually believe Starrcade 89 is worse than Starrcade 94, because at least 94 has a little appeal for marks. 89 puts marks and smarks asleep alike.

The show overall was stupid ebcause of the "Iron Man" tournaments, but 1994 just sucked. Mr. T vs. Kevin Sullivan is also not mentioned about 1994.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted March 20, 2004 I'm sure that Triple H VS Edge would be a great match, if Edge could actually get some heat on The Game by getting the general population remind of his finisher/s. And it'd be a reminder of older/better times. And the buyrate would be through the roof.
