Didn't Booker T also beat Goldberg once on Nitro?

I seem to remember that for some odd reason.

Yes, he did. I think I mentioned it earlier. The match happened during Goldberg's brief heel run in 2000. Booker pinned Goldberg with the Bookend after Jeff Jarrett and Ernest Miller interfered.

5.How many times has Kurt Angle/Chris Benoit wrestled? What shows?

Dunno, the total number, but it is a lot. Don't remember which RAW / SD episodes although they would often wrestle here and there.

They wrestled at WM 17, Backlash 2001, Judgment Day 2001, the RAW steel cage match, Unforgiven 2002, and Royal Rumble 2003.

they had a RR Rematch two weeks later...

and are we counting the countless tag team matches and three way dances they were involved in?

the total might hit 40 with that.

I asked this already in the OAO smackdown thread but no one relly knew the answer and said it was unexplained

What do they do with the titles when raw and smackdown get new rosters? Any body have any idea what might possibly happen?

Did HHH ever, at any point in his feud with HBK, mention how Shawn left hanging in 96 after the Kliq curtain call? Considering how bitter HHH's character was about the punishment he received from the office, you'd think this would've been an obvious booking move to explain the heat between the two.

What's everyone's favorite Edge and Christian pose for those with the benefit of flash photography? :)

Mine has to be at Judgment Day 2000 with Kurt Angle, when they pull out a banjo, goofy hats, and bad teeth.

1.Has Shelton Benjamin ever wrestle on Raw?(I know he has on Heat)

2.Who def Goldberg after Nash in WCW?

3.How many ladder matches was in WCW and who was the wrestlers in the ladder matches?

4.How did Nash become WCW Commissioner?

1) No. Aside from 4 apperences on Heat, He debuted on Smackdown along with Charlie Haas in Late 2002 as a Gift to Kurt Angle from Heyman

2) Bret Hart defeated him with a Montreal Finish at Starrcade 1999, Lex Luger and Bagwell retired him at SIN in 2001, Steiner beat him in Goldberg's only other ***+ match at Fall Brawl 2000.

3). Goldberg Vs Scott Hall (Souled Out 99), Three Count VsThe Jung Dragons and Jamie Knoble & Evan Koragis (Starrcade 2000), Syxx Vs Eddy Guerrero (Souled Out 97)

4)I got the "honor" of seeing Nash beat Funk in a shitty hardcore match at Souled Out 2000.

2) TECHNICALLY, they pinned DeWayne Bruce and not GB, so I guess, they didn't actually BEAT GB.

Bret beat Goldberg the night after on Nitro as well, the night the nWo reformed (nWo 2000) - I can see why you'd miss this as it was lost in the mix.

And I mark for Christian's shades.

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but that HHH vs Eddy match was completely an HHH match opposed to an Eddy match, and sucked because of it.

They were totally mimmic'ing the Hulk Hogan vs HHH match at Backlash 02. Everything from HHH whipping the other guy so hard that he himself falls over, to the pedigree reversed into a catapult.

Good lord, Hunter. We know you're not a big Eddy fan but you don't have to stoop to HOGAN'S level with him!

Summerslam 1999 Pre-Show.

This was HHH's infamous promo where he ripped the Office for the incident and how he got held down and now it was HIS TIME.

I remember that (and wasn't that Fully Loaded 99? I remember Rock making fun of his whining before their #1 contender's match), but did they ever try and work that into the feud with Shawn, either in 2002 or the recent one building to the Rumble?

Nope. I don't remember one time where that was brought into the storyline. It was back during the Summerslam 99 as said above, but never in the current HHH/HBK feud.

This isn't a WWE question, but I figured this was the best to place to put it...

Now, I don't follow the lesser feds at all, but for my own personal knowledge I would like to know where TNA and ROH are based.

Thanks in advance.

Well, I'm no authority, since I've had very limited exposure to both, but ROH tends to run in the northeast (Philly, NY, Jersey, Boston), and I'm pretty sure that the TNA Asylum is in Nashville...or at least somewhere in Tennessee.

When did HHH become The Game and get the Motorhead theme?

The first PPV I remember him having the Motorhead theme was Royal Rumble 2001 and his match against HHH. So sometime around then.

HHH has been called the Game since 1999, around June or July when his REALLY big push towards the world title as a heel was going on. For a while I thought they just called him that so he could be the one behind G-TV. :)

Posted

He first became the Game in a promo before the #1 contender's match with the Rock at Fully Loaded 99. He says something like "For years, people have said that I'm a student of the game...well now I AM THE GAME!"

He used the Motorhead theme for the first time the night he cost Austin the World Title in a match against Kurt Angle. The night he stood up posing on the commentator's desk while JR pointed at him and yelled "DAMN YOU! DAMN YOU HHH! YA SCREWED AUSTIN YA SONUVABITCH!!! DAMN YOUR SOUL!!!!!!!!!"

yep...That was the debut of the Motorhead theme...when hunts interupted a **** WWF Title Match to set up the pointless heel vs heel Rumble Main.

It would've been a lot more effective had HHH actually sold Austin's attack at Survivor Series and waited until that moment to make his return. That was when HHH really started working my nerves...from a smark's perspective anyway.

When did the Rock go film his scenes in the Mummy Returns?

When did Cena start doing the "You Can't See Me!" act?

When did the Rock leave to go film scenes in the Mummy Returns?  Was there even an angle explaining his kayfabe absence?

Mummy Returns filming information...

Filming: Production started on this movie on May 1st, 2000 in Morocco, then moves to Jordan, and wraps up in London. (6/22/00) Filming has been completed in Morocco and Egypt, and is moving to London, where they will continue to film until mid-September, 2000. (10/12/00) Yes, filming did wrap by late September.

Rocky missed a few shows in early May, consisting of the RAW on the 8th, the Smackdown on the 9th (airing on the 11th), then the offtime until he returned on television on the 15th.

On a side note, before doing this research, I had always assumed he never missed television time since the touring schedule was light during this time.

Bret got yet another win over Goldberg in the first round of the WCW Championship tournament the night after Halloween Havoc 1999.
