Sunday Night HEAT preview for April 25, 2004

Don’t miss HEAT this week as one of the hottest Superstars on the RAW roster is in action! Fresh off victories over Triple H and Ric Flair, Shelton Benjamin faces Rhyno. Can Benjamin keep the momentum going against the always tough Rhyno? Find out on HEAT.

In other action, Rosey battles Rob Conway, while Steven Richards goes one on one with Lance Storm. Grandmaster Sexay will also be in singles action.

HEAT will also take a look back at RAW when Chris Benoit teamed with Edge to battle Ric Flair & Batista for the World Tag Team Championship. Don’t miss what was a thrilling conclusion to RAW!

All of this and more on HEAT at 7 p.m./6 CT on Spike TV.

Doesn't look too bad, Benjamin/Rhyno and Storm/Richards should be decent and Rob Conway might be able to have a passable match with Rosey...

Looks decent enough to watch this week. Now, if its Richards Vs. Storm, whose going to be the face? Aren't both of them heels now?

I don't know. I think that Richards is face because Victoria turned face. Of course, Storm will still be cheered because it's in Canada.... Ya'll remember when Storm came out and was attempting to cut a promo about how everything is BS before he got squashed by Rhyno? I think that was his heel turn....

The sad thing it, no one hardly watches Sunday Night Heat, let alone participates in the thread dedicated to it. That being said, the thread was started roughly four hours before the show starts. Must be a slow news day....

But Stevie and Victoria haven't been together for a month or two now. They just mysteriously dropped their relationship when Victoria turned face.

Yeah, Stevie is a heel. Coach brought up the whole Victoria not being aorund him thing last time I watched, and Stevie was playing heel.

Then again, allignment isn't that important to guys on Stevie's level, so it's hard to tell.

I've already seen Heat over here in the UK, i found Storm vs Stevie to be a really enjoyable match, was given a good couple of minutes to work with, well worth watching just for this match. Better than most matchs you'll see on Raw IMO.

Even though the matches were good, the announcing team for International Heat was awful, Todd Grisham and Al Snow are terrible.

So Grisham's as bad as I thought he would be on commentary, then. Did he shill like JR (since he called JR the "Best play-by-play man in the business") or did he just sound like Michael Cole circa late 90's-2002/Mark Loyd/pre-heel Jonathan Coachman, etc.?

He's definitely in the Mitchell Cole mold

They really need to bring back the old Quebecer theme for La Res.

The announcing sucks balls.

I would hardly call tonight Christopher's "Heat Debut." Would it kill them to pretend like the WWE fans have a memory.

I find that Coach only works well when he's working with someone better than him. Which is not Al Snow.

Heat would be so much better without these damn recaps.

WTF? Why the hell is Benjamin on Heat? He beats HHH twice and Flair on PPV and then given Rhyno on Heat. What is wrong with the WWE? Dumb Dumbs.
