Mikey Whipwreck made his WCW debut on a PPV but for the life of me I can't remember which one it was.

You're right, Jericho did face Alex Wright a few feeks before Fall Brawl.

I just looked it up, and Jericho's WCW debut was against Mr. JL on August 20, 1996. Jericho's match against Alex Wright happened six days later on Nitro.

But would it have been televised or a house show?

And mikey debuted at uncensored 99 against kidman.

The Big Show first appeared on WWF television at St Valentine's Day Massacre, in '99. Whether or not that counts as a debut is up to you.

It was a taping for WCW Saturday Night. Now that I think about it, the match probably aired at a later date, so you were right- Jericho's first WCW television appearance was against Alex Wright on Nitro.

I suppose that counts, although, wasn't his PPV wrestling debut at WrestleMania the month after?

No, he already lost to Austin by then, IIRC.

Ken Shamrock's *official* first WWE match was during 1997's In Your House in May, I believe.

Tho he wrestled an "exhibition" against preliminary scrub Vernon White on Raw the week before.

To be technical...

"the nWo Sting" made his wrestling debut at Fall Brawl 1996. I know he was the Cobra, but the gimmick/new entity debuted in the ring there.

Oh yeah!

Curt Hennig made his WCW wrestling debut in 1997 at Bach at the Beach, tagging with DDP against Hall and Savage.

Rocco Rock made his WCW wrestling debut at the 1990 Starrcade. Sgt. DeClerk, I believe.

Wasn't Fred Ottman's wrestling debut in WCW (as Shockmaster) at the 1993 WarGames?

And Gorgeous George (the valet)'s WCW debut occurred at the 1999 Slamboree. Same with Little Naitch.

Undertaker at the 1990 Survivor Series...dunno if that got said.

My mistake. Rocco Rock did NOT make his wrestling debut for WCW at the 1990 Starrcade in that ridiculous tag tournament as the evil South African, Col. DeClerk.

He and his partner actually wrestled the "finals of the South Africa tournament" to qualify for the PPV at the Clash of the Champions before Starrcade.

Didn't Miss Mona (aka Molly Holly) debut at the same PPV?

Not in a match though, Mona just accompanied Savage, George and Madusa to ringside. Also, speaking of Molly, she made her official in ring debut as Molly Holly at the 2000 Survivor Series in a 6 person tag where she teamed with Crash and Steve Blackman to face Test, Albert and Trish. Molly got the win by pinning Trish with a sunset flip. Technically though, Nora Greenwald had appeared first in WWE as Starla Saxton on an episode of Heat in late 1998 too.

As well, Steve Blackman made his in ring debut for WWE on a PPV, not sure which one though, in an 8 man tag where he teamed with Vader, Goldust and someone else to face Doug Furnas, Phil Lafon, Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith in late 1997.

What about Giant Gonzalez? I know he first came in at Royal Rumble '93, but he didn't wrestle. Did he wrestle anytime before his match against 'Taker at Wrestlemania 9?

I think he squashed a few jobbers before WM 9.

Did Steve Austin's in ring debut as The Ringmaster come at Royal Rumble 97, or did he have matches before then?

I know he had a Raw Intro Segment where DiBiase gave him the Million Dollar Championship...but I'm not sure if he had any matches between those two periods.

No. He wrestled at least one jobber match before the Rumble.

Rumble '95: Harris Bros. (as Jacob and Eli Blu) and Henry Godwinn debuted in the Rumble match.

Rumble '96: Vader, as previously mentioned.

That's all I remember right now.
