It's still pretty sad. I don't see a difference between favorite and best, anyway. My favorite movies are what I think is the best. Why else would they be your favorite?

How is ROCKY losing to fucking Pulp Fiction? And Kill Bill?! Jesus christ...

 

I know this is a favorite movie tournament, but Favorite is pretty much best in most peoples opinions.

 

AND HOW DID T2: Judgment Day beat Scarface?! T2 is basically Arnold walking around shooting stuff, while Scarface has Al Pacino running around..shooting stuff too. But the chainsaw scene rules.

I know this is a favorite movie tournament, but Favorite is pretty much best in most peoples opinions.

That's not necessarily true.

 

For example, I think Citizen Kane is technically a better movie than Mallrats. The cinematography, acting, etc. is a lot better. However, I like Mallrats a hell of a lot better than Citizen Kane. Mallrats is a movie that I can sit down and watch at any time. I can't say the same about CK. Most of my favorite movies probably wouldn't be considered "best movie ever" material.
