So how did they fake Bearer's death?

From what I read, all the front shots you saw of Paul Bearer were taped earlier in the evening. They would show stuff happening on the big screen, but it would not be happening at the arena. The taped shots looks like two chambers. one with bearer in it, and another where the cement came in.

 

The front shot at the end, and the shots from behind were live, with a stunt man as Paul Bearer.

 

Then as soon as the PPV went off the air, their released the cell and got the guy out of there, and all the "quick drying cement" went flooding out.
